I was disappointed. It is nice to get the flowers delivered. They arrived early - on the Friday instead of the Saturday before Mother's day (Sunday) early so it certainly surprised me. I hid them until Sunday in the house and then rang my own doorbell to surprise my wife - ran off and left them on the doorstep :) Anyhow, the flowers themselves were on their way downhill, a bit brown around the edges. Overall I just thought - "Enough of this, I can pick a better bunch myself" so will do that next time.

Ordered Lilies to be sent to Mum for Mothers' Day. Flowers arrived on time which is great however the buds never flowered. £20 spent on what was meant to be a lovely bunch of flowers turned into a disappointing and upsetting delivery of buds.

I very rarely would write a review like this but I was very disappointed. I ordered these flowers for mothers day as I couldn't be with my mother. The delivery date was Saturday the 5th of March. My mum didn't get them till one pm on Monday the 7th of March. Just really disappointed.

I ordered the flowers for my Grandma's Birthday and picked a date when I knew she would be at home. A few days before the delivery date I was emailed to say that they could not deliver on that date as it was Easter, surely they were aware a few months before as to when Easter is??? So I had to pick another date which I was not happy about, as I live in a different country to my family I didn't really have any other choice. I don't think I will be using Debenhams again.

Packaging ok, the flowers where smaller than expected and died within three days of purchase. I followed all guide lines and was very disappointed that my mums flowers for Mother's Day did not last a week.

I recently ordered 2 bunches of flowers through your website. The first were for Mother's Day and I ordered a large bunch. Luckily my mum took a photo of the flowers for me when she received them because I was able to see she had only been sent a standard bunch. Very disappointing! I had ordered the larger bunch I because I wanted them to look impressive but that isn't what she got. I spoke to costumer services and then refunded the £5 extra I paid but offered no compensation for the mistake. Really not very good service. The second bunch I ordered was for a friend's birthday and was due to be delivered the day after Mother's Day. For this bunch I received no emails after the confirmation one, therefore I had absolutely no way of knowing if/when they were being delivered. I had to ring customer services to find out if they had been sent. They had been delivered but I was not happy at having to call up just to check if they had been sent.

Ordered Orchid 'in a card' for Mothers' Day; delivered on time but looked like it'd been run over.. Didn't claim refund as got for half price but won't bother again.

The flowers were for my mother and I was very disappointed to hear from her that although the lilies lasted well, the roses were poor quality and started to droop within a day or two of delivery. She is 89 years old but used to be a professional flower arranger in her younger days, so she knows quality, she felt the roses had not been properly cared for.

I order mothers day flowers for delivery on the Saturday, these did not arrive until the Tuesday I have sent you 2 emails asking what the delay was to which to date I have received no replies! I am disappointed at Debenhams is somewhere that I shop regularly, if someone could look into my complaint I would be grateful - many thanks

Ordered mothers day flowers and they arrived and we're lovely however there was no message with them like I ordered and my mum had no idea who they were from. I had to phone ask if she liked them! Not the best service ever!

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and when they arrived I was very disappointed, to spend over £20 on flowers for my mum on a special day I expect them to be lovely I could of got better at tesco and I wished I had got them from there instead. They didn't last long at all and there was basically nothing there I think for the price it should of been a full bouquet of flowers instead it seemed like less than half. I wouldn't use debenhams flowers again!

I was very disappointed as I ordered a week in advance, for an orchid to be delivered for the Saturday before Mothers Day. It arrived the Monday after. I tried phoning to complain but after 15 minutes of waiting (at 7p a minute) I got as msg saying they were too busy to take my call! After trying again for (8 minutes) and no luck I tried emailing... Still waiting for a reply a month later! Not happy ????

Flowers were ordered for mothers day. I paid the extra money for the additional flowers. The flowers were received on time but when i visited my mum I noticed she just had the standard size. I phoned customer services and was told that they probably ran out of the larger size but I was not informed about this and believe i would not have received a refund if i had not noticed. Flowers only lasted a week which was a bit disappointing. I would not use Debenhams to purchase flowers again.

Some of the flowers were crushed in the box Which when put in a vase they were dropping. Bought for Mother's Day the flowers my brother bought from the supermarket looked a lot better.

I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Mothers Day and I tracked them and found they were in the depot at Buxton! I realise that Debenhams offers a 7 days a week service but unfortunately the post office dont so my flowers sat in the depot til Monday . morning! My friend did not seem excited by the surprise gift so I assume the freesias were disappointing. I went on the Debenhams site to see they were not able to deal with the matter owing to the high demand of arising matters after Mother's Day but was informed to expect a reply in a couple of days.. That did not happen so I phoned , was connected and waited 15 minutes at a cost of 7p a minute to no avail! After an other few days with no response still from Debenhams I was able to talk to a lady who did offer to send some more flowers or refund my money which I accepted. Not a very good experience I am afraid!

Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day made of roses and lillies. The roses arrived half dead and had completely died the day after delivery. Not impressed at all. Won't be ordering again.
