The flowers were ordered for Mother's Day and arrived on time. However they were all just buds, so didn't have the same appeal as they should have done. Underwhelming doesn't cover it! A week later and they still didn't look great. Some of the buds bloomed but it was still a sorry excuse for a bunch of flowers. This was the first time I've used Debenhams flowers-I won't be using them again.

No approach to phone the recipient when name was not found on doorbell. delivery was postponed for next days, and recipient had to pick up flowers from pick-up station few days later.

The flowers come in poor condition - wilted and sad. The bouquets are meagre too

The flowers arrived without a card so my mother in law didn't know who they were from. When I emailed debenham's (twice) to let them know, I received a reply telling me how busy their mailbox was and stated I should hear back from them in the next couple of days. This was a month ago and I've never received any response!

These were a mothers day gift and my mother has complained to you about them and is still waiting for a reply. Perhaps you could look into this before asking me to review this terrible product that cost a lot of money.

I was disappointed with the look of the bouquet I brought for Mother's Day for £25 I expected it to be a full and decent size instead when I visited the next day it was more like a bunch you by in a supermarket for £10. I asked my mum later in the week how the flowers were looking, she said dispite following the instructions the roses never opened out and the flowers died very quickly.

Flowers were delivered late (ordered for Friday delivered on Monday) so I had to buy more for mothers day. Sent a complaint but it's not been answered.

Ordered flowers for day before Mother's Day, they only arrived the day after. And they didn't even last a week. Not very impressed!

Flowers were supposed to be closed and open during the next seven days. My wife's were open and dying on arrival. Won't be buying again.

The flowers arrived on date required but part of the order was left out, a Happy Birthday Balloon, which I paid £5:00 extra for. This made my birthday gift gesture ineffective, for its purpose. I tried phoning, no joy, my emails were acknowledged but so far, my grievance has not been resolved or a rebate implemented, in anyway, shape or form. Most disappointed in your customer relations services. And I will not use your flower delivery service again.

Whilst the flowers I ordered for my mother on mothers day were very nice , and lasted a very reasonable amount of time . the flowers I ordered for my wife at the same time , looked very nice for 2 days , after that they keeled over and died . £40 for 2 days I feel is a bit expensive , especially when the £10 ASDA bouquet my son bought for her lasted over a fortnight . They looked great sitting side by side on our mantelpiece.

I had ordered flowers for my mums birthday,they did arrive on time but when i saw the bouquet it was very poor quality not at all like the picture shown online. Very disappointed with the order and will not order again from debenhams flowers.

Ordered flowers for motheraday on behalf of my son.....Quality of flowers was lovely delivery was brilliant and on time.....however there was no WOW factor!! For the price paid, i was exepecting a big bouquet.. I bought the supposed 'large' version...which was the same size as £10 bouquets you can buy from supermarkets but 3 times the price. I also had a balloon..again for the same price you can get a bigger helium balloon..The arrangement looks bigger on the pictures than it actually is... will order from my local florist next time..

On-line ordering easy to do, however I am very disappointed with the quality of the flowers supplied, tulips wilted within 24 hours and my Mother (who never complains about anything) expressed her disappointment in the arrangement.

Pleased with all aspects - apart from the fact that the gift card that was specified to accompany the flowers was not enclosed.

The White lilies were not open when they arrived and took a week to open. They were very weak. The other flowers combined did not last long.
