“My mum was very happy with her flowers, they arrived on time. Though was a tad worried when I recieved a letter from Debenhams saying their flower provider had been hacked. Am nervous about using the service again.”

“Good service - and great delivery efficiency. Much better than a lot of the competitors i've used in the past from a service and pricing perspective as well as range. Package arrived on time, and we had great reviews from our friends who loved it. Will definitely use Debenhams again.”

“I've ordered from Debenhams flowers a few times now and the flowers received have always been lovely, apart from one occasion where the flowers were unfortunately of poor quality but when I called, the staff offered to send out another batch”

“I arranged for the flowers to be delivered to a friend as part of a house warming present. The transaction was simple to do online and I was able to select my preferred delivery date. Although i didn't personally see the flowers my friend said they we beautiful and sent me a picture. I will definitely be using Debenhams flowers again.”

“The flowers were presents and made the recepients' days - so the description must have matched what was delivered. Delivery was not the "promised 24 hours" - but I was kept informed the whole process and it was not a particular issue in these instances - although could have been if ordered for a special day. The website was user friendly quick and easy to use - the discount codes ensured that I ordered a second bouquet straight away just to cheer someone up - it worked for me as a customer and overall I would consider using Debenhams flowers in future. Regarding writing this review in order to win a further voucher which is something I never normally do - I was only inspired to enter as the competition ends 010317 and I placed my order in April 17 and am being asked to write my review subsequent to the order - therefore your tech guys might need to review their wording! - Overall a very happy customer - Thank you”
