“I bought the Designer 12 Luxury Red Roses for my wife for our Wedding Anniversary. Roses were very nice and fresh. Wife loved them a lot. Delivery was great and on time. Flowers lasted 1 week as per description, not more. Note was delivered but was missing the Chinese phrase which I had added for my Chinese wife.”

“i wasnt happy at first ordered the blessed flowers states to be delivered in bud ,the roses part arrived fully open,sent e-mail with a photo my relative had sent me of the flowers was sent a e-mail saying the flowers would be replaced,then had a phone call from the suppliers apologizing and saying they would get a replacement order of flowers out the next day,they duly did and included a box of chocolates ,but again the roses were not divered in bud but fully open!!!!!!!!”

Hi, sorry the flowers arrived the day after. To address your query - you chose the free untracked delivery option. When you select this we advise that they can arrive a day either side of the requested delivery date. This is because they go out with Royal Mail in the normal post and although most get delivered on the selected day, it isn't guaranteed. We therefore can't confirm delivery as Royal Mail don't track delivery on standard post. We do have other delivery options where it is guaranteed and trackable if you ever use us again (which we'd love you to!). Thanks!

“I ordered white lilies and the flowers were beautiful and very fresh, and have lasted 2 weeks. The only downside was I asked for them to be left at the door and they were taken to the post office when no one was in, however overall a good experience in ordering flowers.”
