“The flowers and champagne I ordered for my sister's 60th birthday via the internet from Debenhams 2 days previous to the event arrived on time and were well received by my sister. Thank you Debenhams for your excellent service which I will certainly use again”

“Ordered a bunch of lilies for mum which were extremely fresh. Took a little while to open but blossomed beautifully and lasted a very long time. Only downside is that the flowers come packed in a box so the recipient has to un-box them and misses out on being presented with them”

“The flowers came well packaged and in great condition when arrived i bought these for my wife as they were the same as our wedding flowers they were amazing only criticism is once they came out in bloom they didn't last very long”

“In general I have found the flowers stunning quality and price and look just like the picture. I have only had one disappointing bouquet However debenhams dealt with me so nicely and replaced the flowers for us. Very happy customer- well done debenhams flowers”

“They were for my daughter and the sunflowers are her favourite. She was very happy with them but thought they would have lasted longer. Got them on a Wednesday but they only lasted till the following Monday.”

“Lovely idea I bought flowers, chocolate and a balloon for a friends birthday. I was disappointed that a few of the heads were snapped off upon delivery. If they weren't snapped I would have definitely recommended them as the price was good too but it was the first time I ordered flowers from you. However snapped heads off flowers is a no no”

“Flowers were ok, even though my sister received different flowers than the ones I chose and paid for, also the balloon was missing. All in all it was a nice surprise for her but a bit disappointed for not receiving what I asked for.”

“Excellent delivery tracking so I knew when the had been delivered. There were also a lot of buds so the flowers lasted over a week. Very pleased!”
