“The flowers arrived in good time, and in good condition. I ordered a standard size bunch of flowers and, as almost all of the flowers were in bud, it didn't seem very big, a little underwhelming. However, as the flowers opened over the next couple of days they were beautiful, and have lasted well, still looking good more than a week after receiving them. I would be happy to order again.”

“Wanted to update my review due to customer service received. After my flowers came 2 days late after paying for before 12pm delivery, I wasn't happy as it was for my girlfriend's 21st birthday. However, after writing up about how disappointed I was, Debenhams Flowers got in contact very quickly to help redeem what had happened. The customer service I received on this was very understanding and they offered me options to make up for the mistake. Hopefully this was a one off, and with how quick Debenhams got in contact, they didn't want an unhappy customer. I think I will give them a chance again next time I need flowers. Thank you.”

“Beautiful bouquet well packaged. Not as big as I had hoped but in reality a far more practical size as the shape of the bouquet was perfect. Roses didn't last as long as the lillies which are still going strong over two weeks later. Good value”

“I was sent a photograph of the flowers when they arrived, the recipient was delighted, but I was a bit disappointed at the amount of foliage to flowers ratio, it seemed to be all greenery. But my friend said it was lovely, so that is all that matters!”

“Flowers did not arrive the next day despite paying for next day delivery. Customer services were very helpful though and refunded the cost of delivery and gave me some credit for a future purchase. The recipient was very pleased with the flowers and said they were beautiful. Happy overall”

“Arranging the flowers online was easy enough. The recipient was very happy. My only issue was that I like to receive confirmation emails and I did not. My email was correct as I received this questionnaire.”

“It is great that you deliver on Sunday's as most florists don't do this. The option for a morning delivery is excellent. The flowers were lovely and smelt very nice however the bunch was smaller than expected. We chose an extra large bunch but they seemed small. Other than that a good service.”

“The flowers are very colourful and lovely and the recipient is very happy. Surprisingly the gerbera have not had the stems wired. These flowers are known for flopping and needing support for longer life. This would stop me from purchasing this again.”

“I live in Australia, first time I have used Debenhams to send flowers for my counsin's 18th birthday. She was very pleased with it. Paid extra for tracking but could not track but have received an email after the delivery. Overall, I am happy. Will use them again.”

“I ordered 50 red roses to celebrate my wifes 50th birthday. They arrived on the day and were lovely. Unfortunately were delivered to a house 2 doors down, even though my wife was at home. The neighbour dropped them off around 5. 00 so a whole day was wasted. Lucky they dropped them off!! Apart from that the whole experience was very professional and efficient.I would order from them again.”
