“Recipient was pleased with the flowers and they were delivered on time. However, she didn't know who they were from because my name wasn't provided with the delivery, and I couldn't find a place when purchasing to write a personalised message, either because there wasn't a place or because it wasn't obvious. Also, because the tracking system was down on the royal mail website I didn't know if they’d been delivered and didn't want to phone her and spoil the surprise, so there was some confusion which could have been avoided.”

“Very pleased with rate of delivery and messages to me re delivery, and great service for my second batch of flowers ordered at 8 pm yesterday delivered today, great service especially if you order before 9.00pm it all helps in case you absent mindedly forget an occasion.”

“Normally very good! on this occasion the pink roses had yellowy curling petals, so it looked like they were a few days old already. Usually the flowers are immaculate, the delivery has always been great too! ordering is always nice and easy.”

“The website is great and really easy to use when ordering last minute flowers! my friend was really happy with the product, however my only feedback is the happy birthday balloon we ordered said congrats but still worked as she her baby is due next week!”

“I ordered pink rose plant but my Mum received an orchid! Mum loved it so hadn't wanted to make a fuss. Not impressed to have wrong order as it was ordered so Mum could plant it in the garden if she wished. UPDATE I was very impressed by receiving a call from debenhams to apologise for this error and are kindly sending the ordered rose plant to my mum together with a bottle of wine as a gesture of goodwill -well done Debenhams. Very good customer service.”

“I have used this service often and have generally been quite happy. The recipient of the flowers said that the flowers were !spectacular" - However I was very disappointed that the bottle of proseco ordered to be delivered with the flowers were not included in the delivery. Although I was given a refund and the operator was apologetic it was upsetting as the lady in question loves proseco and it was part of her birthday present so it was a shame that this happened.”
