“Ordering was quick and simple. My friend was pleased with flowers and sent me a picture of them. Overall happy with the service”

“In terms of a delivery service and ease of ordering and communication, I was impressed. I guess the only disappointment was the number of flowers in the bunch. Appreciate that some of the cost covers the delivery aspect but couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed that the £20.00 bunch wasn't a little 'fuller'.”

“good service and good value although a major let down was the accompanying card, very bad quality, very thin and flimsy and badly printed, message all over the place! no card at all would have been better or just a small business size card like the ones in florists with a suitable image for the occasion attached somehow to the flowers/gift”

“After writing a complaint about a very poor quality boquet that I ordered , John Lewis sent a further boquet which was of the quality I initially expected from them. They asked me to amend my review based on the second boquet. So: the second boquet was of a good quality nice crisp flowers which lasted just over a week. It was well packed and delivered promptly.”

“The flowers were lovely although was slightly disappointed with the size. I had paid the £5 extra for the large bunch but they were definitely the small.”

“Sent to my sister for her birthday, she loved them and said that nearly two weeks since she received them and most of them still in bloom and ok. I was not happy losing the discount offered, it was not at check as advertised. The Standard free delivery could not get them to her next day, fare enough, so I elected to pay for next day, but when that came up as not able to deliver next day as well, I thought no point. I was ordering in time for paid delivery for next day, what happen?”

“The flowers looked nothing like the flowers in the photograph (they weren't roses and lilies - in fact there weren't any lilies) but they were lovely and the recipients were pleased with them.”

“Not bad at all. My mum really liked them. They were delivered to a nursing home for me but the staff didn't put the greeting with them,I don't know if the greeting comes in form of a card or just on the box/receipt? But a proper greeting card alongside them would have been nice in these circumstances. Will use you again. Karen”

“The flowers delivered within England were delivered on time and were of a good quality. Those delivered to Northern Ireland were a day late. Debenhams, when contacted about this, were very apologetic and offered to send further flowers the following week at no cost to me. This they did, but again they were a day late...”

“I ordered these flowers on a Monday believing they would be delivered the next day (Tuesday) but in fact they were delivered on the Wednesday so was a bit disappointed. However the recipient said the flowers were beautiful”

“Sadly the recipient did not find the flowers for 2 days so they were not at their best. Although they were well wrapped it would have been better if they hadn't been left in full sun.”
