“The flowers were lovely, true to the image on the website, however the bunch was a little smaller than expected for the money, nonetheless pleased with the quality.”

“Flowers were lovely but delivery man left them downstairs in office and it was only by pure luck that someone in my daughters office spotted them as there are quite a few companies in there xxx he only had to walk up one flight of stairs to take them to my daughters office”

“The only disappointment was that the delivery was selected for the Saturday before Mothers day and the flowers arrived on the Monday. The tracker suggested that they spent the weekend in the delivery office”

“The flowers were absolutely beautiful, I assume they were out of water for a while though as they drank through the whole vase in the night so some were drooping a bit by morning. Also my mum received the wrong card with the flowers!”

“I ordered flowers for my mum and mum in law for mothers day. As i live overseas I had emailed Debenhams to ask how i would be notified of my delivery time as it didn't state this on the website. I never received a reply but did eventually receive an email on the Sunday morning (UK time) with an hour time slot. I don't know if i would have received the email in time should i have had a morning delivery. I was rather disappointed with the lack of communication but the flowers arrived on the day and both mum's were happy with them.”

“The flowers were just how I expected them and exactly like on the picture. The delivery service was amazing and kept me updated constantly about my order. The only negative I have to say is that there was no card with the flowers so my mum didn't know who they were from as she has 3 children so I had to prove they were from me.”

“Nicely packaged, so the flowers would not be damaged. Nice arrangement, with some lillies not bloomed, so still time for my Mum to enjoy them. Arrived in good time on Mother's Day. Would use Debenhams Flowers again.”

“bought the roses and lily bouquet for my mother in law. The flowers are lovely and no damage to them but felt the size was poor for the amount of money I paid. The picture of the bouquet on the website to them arriving is very different they are sparse and not a substantial bloom at all. I won't be using debenhams flowers again, nor would I recommend them.”

“The flowers turned up nice and early in the morning, so was very pleased, they were nice but I didnt feel they really did justice compared to the photo online where they did look a lot fuller and nicer.”
