“Flowers arrived well packed and on time. Looked lovely in vase which I added to the order and the free chocolates which were included in the price were a well received bonus.”

“Flowers were safely delivered in plenty of time fro Mother's Day , packaged well and of good quality. I bought this as a gift using a discount voucher - although lovely I would have been very disappointed if I had paid full price as I did not think it was particularly generous in quantity.”

“The quality, price etc were great. Delivery options were very good. However I am incredibly disappointed that despite choosing the option to "leave on doorstep" my flowers were delivered to a neighbour. They were sympathy flowers so it was a very sensitive issue and they needed to get there at the time/date requested.”

“The quality and presentation of the flowers I ordered was very good. However I was disappointed that they were delivered 2 days prior to the date I had requested. I'd ordered them for Saturday 13th Feb, but they were delivered on Thursday 11th Feb.”

“The only thing was the delivery, they were meant to arrive on the Thursday, but didn't arrive until the following Tuesday, 5 days later. Pretty poor delivery. Other than that, couldn't fault the flowers, the flowers were lovely, and the recipient loved them.”

“I was worried after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say that the service was excellent and the flowers were actually, pretty good. Ordering from the website was simple and the automated mails were useful. I was able to track the Valentine's Day delivery, via DPD to the hour. To have delivery on the Sunday, was useful. The flowers were in good condition and arrived well packed. They were pretty and my wife loved them. They lasted only a week, tho. I have had others that lasted longer, but we were happy. I'd say well done to Debenhams on this occasion. Thanks”
