“A very good service. I have not actually seen the flowers as I sent them to a relative who is undergoing radiotherapy but she called to say they were lovely.”

“Flowers were excellent, only slight disappointment was paying for delivery so that I could choose a morning slot, then not being given the option of time. Flowers then arrived too late in the afternoon”

“Flowers purchased are lovely. I was glad I purchased them through a 50% discount offer as I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price. Delivery was excellent would consider using Debenhams Flowers again.”

“Flowers were lovely delivered at a reasonable time but I also ordered the vase aswell, the one I saw in the picture online a nice little round one with a short stem perfect for my flowers, but what I actually received was a tall one with lines around it, very disappointed so will check next time to make sure I'm getting what I see or to be on the safe side don't buy one”

“I ordered some roses for valentines day. Picked the Saturday for delivery instead of the Sunday but they came Friday. No real issue though. Some of the rose petals were slightly damaged but overall I was happy enough for the price. No complaints.”

“After a problem with delivery, debenhams were very apologetic and upgraded my order. I did expect a bigger bouquet, but the flowers are of a grade 'A' quality. I will definitely consider purchasing again.”

“My wife and I ordered flowers for our daughter's birthday. They were delivered on the day requested and it was a beautiful arrangement. The flowers lasted well and we could see how lovely they looked as we spoke with her on Skype a week and a half later. The only reason we didn't score this experience as "Very Good" is that we thought we had ordered a "Cake in a Tin" as well. Thus the ordering experience was not totally straight forward. Still, we will definitely order from Debenhams again. We have never been disappointed with the service.”

“I live in Australia. We have a 100 year old Mother living in the UK and send her flowers every few weeks. It was trial and error at first, but having "found" Debenhams flowers has been a godsend for us. All her flowers have been excellent. We did have a small problem with messages not being included but that seems to have been resolved now. We also use Debenhams for other UK relatives for Birthdays and Xmas and are very satisfied. We highly recommend this service, and the flowers arrive fresh and as shown in the on line photos.”
