“I had this bouquet delivered to cheer up my aunt as she was coping with the aftermath of bereravement. Though I didn't see them myself I am told they were beautiful, fresh and delivered on time, so I would definitely use this service again.”

“Flowers delivered on correct day. No one home so delivered to a Post Office with instruction of UNSPECIFIED goods to be collected, allowing AT LEAST 24 hours before attempting collection. As this involved a weekend flowers NOT COLLECTED until Monday. Cannot Royal Mail not be instructed to deliver PERISHABLE ITEMS to a neighbour ?”

“Lovely flowers fairly priced. A bit disappointed that on ordering I was given a delivery date of New Year's Eve but then received an email saying they would be delivered on 4th January. Never mind, recipient was very pleased with them.”

“The flowers were gorgeous and good value, however, they weren't delivered on the date I requested which was a disappointment. Usually, flowers are sent for birthdays etc so obviously you want them there on the day. I do think it was the Post Office error not Debenhams but still....”

“Ordering and delivery on time was very good. The photograph image of the bouquet was very accurate and my wife was very pleased receiving it. Only negative was, on the same day my daughter brought a much cheaper bunch of flowers and they lasted a lot longer than the flowers in the Debenhams bouquet.”
