“Flowers were nice, but was a bit disappointed with the quantity, having chosen a larger than standard bunch”

“The delivery and value for money is good but the only three times I have used this service, the recipient had no idea who the flowers were from because the message is hidden in small, ordinary type on the third page of what looks like an advertising leaflet. The message should be on the front page in italic type.”

“Disappointed at length of time it took to deliver the flowers as I thought they would be next day however, the recipient was delighted with them and thought they were gorgeous although I did not see them. So, overall happy thank you”

“Bouquet was delivered correctly and on time. Very good as I paid for slot and got emails and text. Brilliant you can follow courier on Internet to see where he is. Bouquet was purchased for my Mums birthday. My mum said that they were beautiful flowers but only JUST lasted 7 days. Bit disappointing as cheap bouquets last more than 7 days!”

“Good website. Easy to navigate to find what you want. My granddaughter loved the flowers and I believe that they were delivered on time. Marginally more expensive than some others but I think overall, job well done. Thanks.”

“No issues whatsover. Only comments were they were delivered half an hour past the slot which they said they'd be delivered in and there could've been a text update when the driver was leaving his depot or 30 mins before he is due to arrive.”

“Flowers were sent to a friend and were to arrive on the 18/11/2015 but didn't arrive 'til 19/11. She was very pleased with them but said the roses only lasted 3 or 4 days.”
