“Initially I did'nt have much confidence as the flowers and gift I ordered were delivered on different days and not on the day I requested. However the company rescued the situation as by way if an apology sent a further bouquetband chocolates the day after I complained and the recipient was highly delighted and they were beautiful by all accounts. So will definitely order again.”

“I have sent floers to 2 separate relatives the first one was received with my detailed message given so that my recipient was able to let me know how welcome and lovely the floers were the second were received by my sister however I had nothing to say they had been delivered and there was nothing with the floers to say who had sent them it was only because I called a few days after on acing the order that I heard they had been ringing around to find out who they were from, they were lovely. By the way I did not get TVE discount of 15% Off the second order.!!!!”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mum in time for Christmas. The order process was quick & easy and they were delivered on time. The quality was good but they were quite expensive for the amount. However, you do expect to pay more for less at Christmas!!”

“Bought as gifts. I saw photos and they were lovely flowers. These were surprise gifts but, unfortunately, one of the three bouquets did not arrive on the specified day which was disappointing - they were ordered from Debenhams as the delivery date was supposed to be guaranteed - Royal Mail had them, but did not get them there on time!”

“The xmas flower arrangement was for my dad as unable to see him before Xmas. Although a date was arranged for delivery we received a mail saying that were unable to deliver that day! Disappointed - then delivered next day. He was very pleased with the flowers - was very happy with them.”

“Flowers were out of this world, mum loves them, but delivery was a total joke, wanted them to be delivered on the 20th for parents 45th wedding anniversary, they finally arrived on the 22nd!!!! Took 3 days to go from Preston sorting office to parents home town in north wales !!!!! Totally disappointed in the delivery, but cannot fault the amazing flowers”

“I ordered 3 bouquets to be delivered to different people 2 were to be delivered on 21/12 and the 3rd to be delivered on23/12. 1 was delivered on 19/12 1 on 21/12 and the other was delivered at 07.10 on the 24/12. This early delivery was inconvenient. Despite the delivery mix up the flowers were very nice.”

“The flowers were a birthday gift for my mother who absolutely loved them. They were beautiful. However, in the future it would be nice to have a proper card to keep the message that was sent as my mum likes to stand it with the flowers but the paper wasn't very attractive and very flimsy. I did also have a popped balloon in the packaging however, I emailed and the money was back in my account before you'd even emailed to say you'd returned it I was extremely happy with this service. I had taken photos ready to prove what I was saying but it just went through with absolutely no hassle. I 100% will recommend and use you again. Thank you.”
