“Flowers where lovely still going strong one week after purchases. Only down side was that one first try of delivery to my friend she wasn't in so they sent the flowers to the Royal Mail collection depot and if my friend hasn't gone for them the next day I fear they may have died”

“Flowers in the bouquet arrangement were lovely, fresh and well arranged. The recipient was very pleased with the item. However, the delivery was not as expected. The item was delivered by Royal mail and the recipient was out on delivery. The item was put over a locked gate at the recipients home and a card put through the letter box.”

“flowers arrived as requested my daughters 50th birthday told they were really well presented. But she had to ring to find out who they were from as no card was sent with them!!! but would be happy to use them again”

“Delivery was made on time and there was good feedback in terms of the flowers being left with a neighbour. Flowers were beautiful, arrangement perhaps a bit smaller than I had envisaged but the birthday girl was very happy!”

“Wanted to send a friend some flowers and a small gift for the arrival of her son, having checked a few online shops including interflora I came across Debenhams flowers. The bouquet was lovely and the gift to go with was perfect, delivery was on my chosen day and it couldn't have worked out better - I had a phone call from a very happy friend who was overjoyed with the surprise.”

“The advertisements said 'next day delivery' therefore I did not order until Saturday 24th October for an anniversary on Monday 26th, I was given a delivery date of 27th which was disappointing as I thought I had ordered in time for 26th, however the flowers arrived on 28th pm which I was very disappointed with. I am assured that they were lovely and in good order. When do you have to order to get next day delivery?”
