“Sent flowers to a funeral this time, and have used the service before. Excellent delivery service which is reliable, and it works like clockwork. Quality of flowers super and the flowers were beautifully wrapped (the wrapping was admired by several people). The bouquet was slightly small, however, even though I chose the large version. Slightly disappointed that our message was typed, not handwritten, but there is a possibility this was rewritten by the funeral directors. Overall, however, I would definitely use again.”

“Have used Debenhams Flowers a few times now and they are great value for money and the delivery is good too. On the last occasion they delivered the wrong plant but replaced it quickly and apologised which was good - just be handy if they had a customer services at the weekend”

“Item delivered on time as described, however the text in the card for the personal message was very small and difficult to read. Recommend a larger font size!”

“The whole business of ordering flowers online as a gift for someone is a difficult business especially when you live abroad. The customer cannot see what s/he has bought and paid for. The recipient of the gift is understandably too polite to say if the flowers arrive in poor condition as that would appear to be ungrateful. Having had a couple of disappointing experiences in the past (with another company), this time I asked point blank whether the flowers had arrived in good condition. I am pleased to say that the response was positive. The flowers (lilies) arrived on time and in good condition. Also they have lasted well. I am very pleased and will order from Debenhams again. Thank you.”

“The bouquet and chocolates were amazing ana the packaging too. Couldn't fault it. The only failing was on the part of the deliverer, I had it delivered to a workplace in a complex, the man that brought the flowers just shoved them through the door whilst someone in the building was accepting a postal delivery. He didn't check what company they were from just pushed them in the door and left, the lady then had to find who the flowers were for and it sort of took away from the surprise, i may as well have bought flowers and took into work myself as the delivery to me was part of the gift”

“The flowers were beautiful, the lillies started opening 4 days later when I was there for a party which was nice. The only disappointment is that the beautiful card I had written for my friend to accompany the flowers was nowhere to be found so my friend had no idea who had sent her the flowers!”
