“I ordered a year's worth of flowers - delivered monthly - as a gift. August flowers were beautiful! A delicate pink shade of lilies with gorgeous cream roses. If only all the other deliveries had been as good .....”

“Well it's a bit of a mixed bag. I ordered the flowers for a Thursday they didn't arrive. Got an email they had been sent to the wrong depot. So I reordered them for the Saturday of which I was given them half price. Fair enough, on the Friday the original flowers arrived followed by a second bunch on Saturday my friend did say they were lovely. Then 2 weeks later I'm reading the Martin Lewis websit and it says that hackers have got into info on the Debenhams flower website. Barclays then contacted me and said they would monitor my account. I still haven't heard anything from Debenhams.”

We're glad the flowers were pleasing once they got there, Although the article is correct, your order was placed after the period in question so your details are not affected. Debenhams have contacted everyone who is affected.

“not delivered on time and by the time they were collected by the recipient 3 day later from the post office they were not at their best. there was no indication on the post office note that the delivery were flowers so my friend did not rush to collect the parcel”

“Really happy with my flowers, were a good size and made a beautiful present. Only downside is Debenhams lost the card in transit so the receiver did not know who the flowers were from until I called to ask if they had been delivered.”

“The lady who I sent these flowers to sounded decidedly underwhelmed when she phoned to thank me ... The gerberas had gone floppy fairly quickly!! sometimes these flowers are wired to stop this ...she said that the other flowers were okay!I usually use a much cheaper flower delivery but decided to give Debenhams a go on this occasion”

“Depending on the location to which I am sending flowers too, I find the quality of flowers varies. Communication and the order process is easy with Debenhams. I had one delivery that was not on time and two others that were not to a good standard at all. Having said that I have had some great bunches and will continue to use them.”

“Flowers themselves were fine but delivery was really disappointing. They should have been delivered on a Saturday but as the recipient was out, instead of leaving them behind the gate or with a neighbour they were returned to the post office until Monday!! By which time they were wilted and a bit unimpressive. Wouldn't use Debenhmas flowers again. Have given three stars as flowers were nice and good value (had they been delivered as planned) :-(”

“The flowers arrived within the time allocation; which I was very happy about. However, the flowers within the picture looked slightly more fuller / colourful, therefore leaving me feeling that these were over priced for what I got.”
