I've ordered flowers from yourselves many times before as they are usually great value for money, great quality flowers with a long life and nearly always delivered on time. This time I ordered some flowers for my friends 21st and they were part of a joint present. However I was quite embarrassed when my friend unwrapped them as they were such a small boutique considered the money spent on them. My friends and I saw the funny side but I couldn't help feeling a little annoyed at the whole situation. Luckily all of her other presents did delivery so it didn't dampen the moment too much.

Flowers were of a good standard. Was given a delivery time which is nice. Main problem was that the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Luckily we knew the neighbour so got the flowers in the end.

Purchasing and delivery were very good , disappointed that the flowers started to wilt after only five days .

This was a second delivery to replace a bouquet delivered for Mothers Day. The day after the original bouquet was delivered all the roses in the bouquet died. Debenhams delivered another bouquet fire including some chocolates as means of an apology. Second bouquet was beautiful.

The flowers seem to be on the small bunch; however delivery time was good.

Flowers arrived a day earlier than booked but luckily my mum was in as it was a mothers day surprise. The roses were very browned on the outside so we removed the outside petals as suggested on the packaging but they turned brown again very quickly. The lily's were the best part of the bunch as there were lots of them and the all flowered.

A little disappointed with the size of the bunch, especially as extra was paid for a 'large'. It was delivered in time and apart from the size they were as pictured.

Flowers and balloon were good for price. Only one bad feedback i would say is not one person got back to me when I asked for a refund as I only orderd 2 and got charged for 3.

The delivery service was good and flowers arrived within the time frame specified. However, the vase was not the same as that pictured - I was expecting a plain clear glass vase, but got a red, ribbed effect finish!

I don't like to leave negative feedback, but when my flowers arrived they were quite damaged and didn't stay fresh for 7 days as stated, which was a shame because they were nice flowers

Flowers arrived at the promised time on mother's day however the flowers weren't the best quality. The lillies didn't open for over a week and at least 3 or 4 didn't open at all. So for the money spent we were a little disappointed. Thanks, Tom.

not very good value for money. some flowers arrived damaged although not detrimental to the overall bouquet once in a vase. Not many flowers for the price. Not sure I would use Debenhams again. the quality and value for money has gone down dramatically

The flowers were generally past their best especially the roses, also I thought, looking at the photo, the bunch would have been bigger, I would not order them again from you.

The original bouquet of flowers was never received despite the tracking showing in was delivered to a safe place! No one could tell us where that safe place was and flowers couldn't be found with anyone nearby. So the surprise flowers weren't the nice surprise on a specific day I had hoped for. However, I contacted customer services and after some discussion they sent another bouquet of flowers free of charge and that arrived safely the next day. The recipient was very happy and said they where lovely flowers.

The flowers were nice but bouquet was smaller than expected and could of picked up a larger bouquet for less cost but same quality.

They look beautiful but the roses were already at the end of their life and after one and a half days are browning and almost dead. Very disappointing when I paid so much for a large bunch

Ordered mother's day flowers. Delivered on Saturday as scheduled. However, roses wilted after 3 days. Under the freshness guarantee, I got a full refund (and had the option to receive another bouquet for free).

I usually use Interflora but thought I'd give this a try after receiving an email. The flowers were pretty and arrived on time, but unfortunately were dead in 2 days. The buds were well open upon arrival and petals falling off as my mum put them in a vase. She loved them regardless but I was very unhappy.
