“Bought a beautiful bunch of flowers. It came in a lovely box. Lovely for Mother's Day. I was disappointed the flowers only lasted a few days”

“Was a little disappointed with the flowers, firstly they weren't going to be left as instructed, luckily my Mum, who the flowers were for, arrived while the postman was still in the street. Secondly it really looked quite sorry for itself in even the smallest of vases, the flowers individually were beautiful, you can't go wrong with freesias, just not great value.”

“Products great-customer service utter rubbish. I've emailed twice to amend an order to a friend but have had no response. In addition I've phoned at least five times, bald for 10 minutes each time and never had the calls answered by a human-very shabby indeed. Won't use again despite the flowers being good quality.”

“At first when I saw these flower's I was disappointed in the amount of flower's my mother received. Not sure if they matched the image of what I purchased. But they were fresh and lasted for 7 day's. Not sure if I would reuse this service from Debenhams again .”

“I wasn't overly pleased by the flowers that were delivered. Quite a few were already dead and a lot had their heads missing. Not a great present on Mothers day really.”

“These flowers were sent as a Mother's day gift and as my Mother lives 200 miles away from me I didn't see them but I was told that that were nice but there weren't to many of them in the bouquet.”

“Wasn't happy with the website though I would guess I was mainly to blame. Somehow, two sets of flowers were ordered and when I cancelled one set, the date of delivery was reset to the default setting. I didn't notice so my Valentine's Day flowers, lovely though they were, arrived on 8th February.”

“Hello, I ordered the sympathy flowers on behalf of the business and still not rec'd a invoice as I have emailed and called the support team now on several occasions and still no joy, if I could receive an invoice by return it would be much appreciated. send invoice: marianne.ireland@agilityfleet.com”

“Very pretty, however the roses were already turning brown upon delivery. The lilies, although small, they lasted well, but by the time they were opening, the roses were close to being dead. Quite a small bunch even in full bloom. Lots of foliage. I was rather disappointed. For the money, I could have found something in sainsburys equally as nice, and probably bigger.”

“Quality of flowers good, ordering fairly straightforward, however arrived after 10am so not able to be at the crematorium. Normally with sympathy flowers i have been offered time slots for delivery, no options here.”

“Originally delivery was 4 days late and flowers dead. Kati your agent arranged for new flowers and meant I was satisfied when new ones arrived. Would suggest debenhams should review delivery options as even with replacement floewers these were still a day late.”

“Ordered the lilly and rose bouquet for Mother's Day. Floweres delivered on time and nicely packaged, but the roses had absoutely no smell and the lillies are still not properly opened five days after delivery, which is disappointing.”

“Average bunch of flowers, for the money, Only 4 roses, one of which died with 48 hours! Wont be ordering again! On a positive note, delivery was on time, undamaged and perfectly packed.”

“I am writing a review as the receiver of the flowers which arrived at the time stated by my daughter who ordered them. The flowers were mostly fine but some of the flower heads were damaged and had to be cut off. Strangely, in with the actual bouquet was an A4 piece of paper with someone else's personal details on plus a Mother's Day message to somebody that had nothing to do with me. I also had instructions on how to care for my lilies and roses but I had chrysanthemums and gerbera! I don't know the cost so I cannot comment on value for money.”

“Using the purchasing page online was easy. Delivary was great and packaging also good. I didn't think the flowers this time were such good value. They have started to flower at different times so not sure yet if we will see a good bloom from all at the same time to get the display advertised. I've used debenhams before and found that the orders placed for delivaey in Sheffield have been fantastic but ones for Oxfordshire delivery a bit more medioca.”

“Paid for timed delivery so that they didn't have to wait in but only found out am on the delivery day the time for a PM delivery, this doesn't seem right thought I'd be notified the day before”
