I bought two of these bouquets for Mothers Day. One arrived in great condition and one was badly damaged with broken stems. The combination of flowers was very pretty, but the amount was meagre at best. If I had seen them in a shop at half the price that I paid I would not have bought them .

My daughter ordered flowers and chocolates for Mothers Day, flowers arrived which were lovely, BUT NO chocolates, this is the second time this has happened, not impressed.

not spectacular - only one rose - did not last long - drooped within a day - doubt whether would use your services again

Delivery Good ,on time as requested Price a bit expensive for goods received some of the flowers/lilies didn't open at all over all disappointing w T Gibson

Flowers were lovely but customer services insensitive to circumstances ended up having to drive from London to Peterborough to receive flowers

I was somewhat disappointed with the flowers it was an offer of 50% extra free of roses and freesias which sounded like it would be a big bunch but it was cleverly got round by giving small amounts so 50% of 6 roses is 3 so 9 altogether! I'd rather have paid for 12 and got none free....bit of a cheap shot for a company as large as Debenhams Your delivery service and quality is excellent though can't fault it

Flowers were ok but arrives very squashed in a box which meant that some of the heads of the flowers came off which had to be disposed.a bit disappointing.

Easy to order and perfect delivery but the flowers themselves were no way close to the quality of those in the picture on the web site and most had black edging on the pettles where the frost had got to them.

The flowers died very quickly and half of them didn't bloom. Very very disappointing.

Delivery good was on time and right date ;) Items as described, quality as expected. However flowers lasted about 4 days so quite disappointed...

The flowers were delivered fresh and in good time on the day stated but I was disappointed with the size of the bouquet sent,I did get them on a special offer at half price so if I had paid the original £50 I would have been very very upset with them. Do over-all quality good, size poor.

I specifically asked for the flowers to be delivered on the Saturday, they were delivered on Friday. And left with a neighbour, the roses did not last very long at all, 4 days max. I have a feeling that the product did not offer value for my money compared to past experience of other purchases. Long hard think before ever buying flowers from Debenhams again.

The ordering was easy and the flowers themselves WOULD have been great except that the postman took them back to the post office and there was no indication that the failed delivery was flowers! That meant that it was three days before my sister in law went to pick them up - and was very disappointed when she did! This is a weakness in the system that could do with being fixed.

Flowers arrived earlier than specified ruining my suprise. The customer service rep suggested another bouquet of flowers to remedy the issue....... The flowers were supposed to be purple and red, we ended up getting white and red. After a pain staking lay slow customer service response time we are now 16 days down the road and I am still waiting on a response as to why I do not have a store credit. With Mother's Day looming this is not looking good.

Flowers despatched 2 days before delivery (which might be normal not knowing where despatched from) when viewing night of arrival was quite disappointed they looked very tired ,think i shall stick to buying from supermarket where flowers are quarter price and you can see how fresh they are.

Flowers were great, service was poor. Did not leave in doorstep as asked. Could not edit my order within 24 hours of ordering, no phone available to edit order when a mistake had been made. Flowers lovely though

Delivery was good but some of the flowers were bruised and they didn't last long at all compared other ones I've got in the past.

The flowers themselves were nice, no complaints. However despite picking the day of delivery as a Saturday they arrived on the Friday. What was the point of being able to pick a specific day. The delivery date was picked so that I knew the recipient would have been in.
