The flowers were of good quality lever when I ordered them it didn't let me choose a delivery day even tho I paid to have a specific hour slot. As I ordered from the Valentine's collection and I couldn't choose delivery I assumed they would be delivered on Valentine's Day. I received a email to say they would be delivered 10 days before and when I tried to email to change the delivery I had no response very disappointed and won't use them again

I sent these flowers as a surprise, not wanting the recipients to know that they had come from me. It would have been nice to have had an email/text from Debenhams to say that they had been delivered.....I'm presuming that they HAVE been delivered but I don't know! I am giving a rating of 'normal' as I can't leave feedback without giving a rating.

I was informed the flowers were excellent. A bit disappointed to find out that the chocolates were missing.

Paid for an extra large bouquet to be sent to my mum as a Thank You gesture. When she took a picture - and sent it via Messenger - it really didnt look very much at all. Of course, mum was pleased - but she didnt know how much I'd spent on the bouquet! I don't think it represented value for money and will choose one of the many other companies available next time. Sorry Debenhams … there's just too much competition out there to be stingy with your flowers. You need to "Wow" people to get repeat / continued business.

Good service and value for money. However the flowers the self were not of a high standard and did not resemble the online photograph.

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my grandma's 80th and decided to upgrade to the Extra Large bunch but when they arrived they weren't as big as I expected so I double checked my order and they were actually extra large. The flowers were beautiful but they just looked like a standard size bouquet.

As ordered, Stargazer Lily's but in the pic my friend sent me, I wasn't overly impressed. Perhaps that is just over inflated prices of delivering flowers. To buy a bunch, you would get more & better quality at a much lower price so they were average against comparable competition.

My friend was pleased with the flowers and vase I sent and sent me a photograph of them. They looked OK but a disappointingly small bunch. Had I been near to deliver personally, I could probably have bought a similar bunch for £5 at LIDL

The recipient was pleased with the flowers but had to phone Debenhams to see who sent them. She had not heard from them who had sent the flowers when I contacted her. I enclosed a message with the flowers but somehow it was erased without my knowledge. Both of us were disappointed that the message had disappeared.

The Flowers looked very nice but the bunch was very small considering I ordered EXTRA LARGE and it cost about £30. Also I was told that the lilies would bloom later and when they did the roses had died.

I had ordered the flowers for my friend whose father had sadly passed away and had requested for them to delivered a few days before the funeral. Unfortunately, they did not arrive until two days after the delivery date I had been given, which I found disappointing. However, she did say that the flowers were lovely.

Flowers were sent to a friend for her 50th birthday although the bouquet looked nice it seemed a bit small for the cost & was delivered late.

Great flowers, but despite being assured the flowers would arrive for my chosen date, instead they arrived 5 days later, missing the occasion I had bought them from.
