Lovely flowers but the roses didn't last beyond a couple of days.

These werent as good as expected. Ordered for my mum for xmas and a pick me up due to her breaking her leg. Arrived and flowers were brown on the edge lasted 3 days! Not worth the money

A little disappointed as flowers looked nothing like photo and no where near as many blooms. Not sure I'd use again

The flowers were beautiful. The delivery was great but they were already starting to die when I received them, may have just been a one off but they only lasted around 2-3 days even after trimming and watering wouldn't pay full price for that

The flowers were delivered a day late, and although they were for Christmas [ for December 21st delivery] I expected my chosen delivery date as I ordered well in advance. I was offered a 25% discount on my next purchase but rejected it and asked for an equivalent refund which was promptly paid. I didn't see the flowers which were for my mother. My sister said they were lovely but in her opinion not worth what I had paid for them. I had ordered a large bunch plus small box of free chocolates.

Flowers were okay. Not worth the money I would say and the wine I ordered with it turned up wrong so I got red wine instead of white which I wasn't happy about!!

I was slightly disappointed with the quantity of flowers. I felt that the picture appeared to have more stems. My mother in law however loved them and informs me that they are still alive.

Just visited my sister and saw the flowers, all I can say is that they have lasted well, but are nowhere near what I ordered for her. Will go back to my normal store for future orders of flowers. Your suppliers obviously do not take account of what are ordered. Fortunately my sister liked them but I certainly do not consider them value for money or as ordered.

How can I rate it when it was a gift All I know is that it arrived. The recipient wouldn't tell me if they were rubbish.

Birthday flowers. My sister also received flowers and reckoned the ones from M&S were better although I have no way of knowing if her comparison is of a similarly priced bouquet.

The flowers I ordered were supposed to be accompanied by chocolates but the flowers arrived without the chocolates. The flowers were apparently very nice.

My returning address was not written .. Hence the friend whom I sent the flowers didn't even know that I sent them !

The delivery was fast and the flowers were really lovely. However, I didn't think that the extra large bunch I had ordered could even be called large so I didn't think they were very good value for money.

Good delivery. Flowers are slightly on the expensive side. Some flowers are yet to blossom whilst others are near to dying.

Flowers were nice but the card was way too small and had a promotion on the back of it that, to be honest, just made it look cheap. The message on the card should be separate to any promotional leaflets.

I have no idea if the person ever got the flowers, it would be a good idea to provide tracking numbers so the person paying for the flowers know that they have actually been received.

The sunflower was not very fresh, some of the yellow petals have gone black.

The ordering process and delivery updates were excellent, however the card leaves a lot to be desired and the flowers haven't lasted very well.

What I expected regarding the flowers. Unfortunately had to have the flowers delivered a day earlier than my wife's 30th as i couldn't get a guaranteed slot on the day and also disappointed to have a half inflated balloon that looked a bit rubbish in with the flowers. Probably won't use again.
