The flowers were not really how they looked in the picture. Not sure why they cost so much.

We bought the flowers for my sister in law who had cooked us a wonderful meal on Christmas Day. I ordered them a day or two after Christmas and they arrived on 30th December which was OK by us. Sue said it was a beautiful bouquet with some Christmassy 'tinselly' bits added which made it very suitable for the festive season. However, when we visited her on New Year's Day she had had to remove some of the flowers as they were looking a bit tired. Realise that the Christmas holiday affected the delivery of fresh flowers but I was a bit disappointed that some flowers only lasted for two days.

Happy that I was able to get flowers delivered directly and they were delivered without any problems and in good condition. I don't feel they were exceptional value for money, but they did the job.

The flowers were perfectly fresh and delicately wrapped, but I did feel the bunch wasn't quite impactful enough for the cost.

Pretty flowers and colours - looked v festive too but disappointed in how few of them there were in a bunch!! For the cost I as expecting at least 4 or 5 more - sorry to say disappointed in the numbers in a bunch :(

These flowers were originally £50 that I got in a promotion for £25. When I saw them, I have to say I was disappointed at how small the bunch was. Yes it was as described in terms of numbers of stems, but the picture looks fuller. There is no way they were worth the full cost at £50, especially when you consider had you gone to m&s. The flowers themselves were lovely. I would only purchase if I had the 50% discount again.

Initially, I wasn't very happy with the flowers. The roses and lilies were much smaller specimens than those illustrated and bouquet looked sparse. The ilies were tightly closed, the roses fully open. As I suspected the roses died within a few days. However, the pathetic looking lily buds did finally open, to reveal lovely heavily scented flowers. This was like two bouquets in one, but unless the recipient managed it (ie took out the roses after a few days, kept changing the water) the result would be disappointing. Overall, I think as a bouquet it failed, but as a bunch of lilies, it was great! Would not purchase a bouquet looking like this from a shop or supermarket, as I would know that half of it was on its way out and half of it would take a week to bloom. Very speedy delivery in its favour!

Ordered 2 Christmas bouquets for family members. Both delivered on time, however one bouquet on delivery the roses and foliage were dead. Phoned to complain and a new different bouquet was resent. Hence the rating.

I arranged to have these flowers delivered to a family member who lives in Devon. When they arrived I spoke to the recipient and she seemed really happy with them. I then visited her four days later later and I was disappointed at how dead all the flowers appeared. I have often arranged for flowers to be delivered to this family member and, unfortunately, this has now put me off from doing it again in the future.

I was disappointed with this delivery. It was a Christmas eve to an old peoples home and not only was it not delivered but the card was left outside so the recipient had no idea she had missed a delivery and also there was no way we could contact anyone to go and collect them as it was all text automation I had to collect them eventually on the Tuesday after Christmas when any good form sending them was lost and the flowers well past their best. I will in future I think use a local florist.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Initial reaction was good but became slightly disappointed with the arrangement as it just about lasted a week, even with the enclosed additive in the water. Probably won't use again.

I was very disappointed actually I saw the flowers 2 days after delivery and a couple of the Roses were dead !! I know how busy Christmas time is but I was expecting better!! Thankyou Doreen Cable

Flowers arrived on time and were nicely presented. However they started to wilt after 2/3 days when I expect them to last much longer. I usually buy my flowers from next and I think I will be going back to next in the future..
