The glass vase was already broken before I got it so was unable to keep the flowers watered

I ordered a bunch of freesias as a gift for my Mother who sent me a photo of them. She said she loved them but I was a little disappointed that so many of them had not yet flowers so it looked just like a mass of green in the vase. I understand that "freshness" & "longevity" are important but there should also be an element of wow factor when they first are seen by the recipient. Otherwise there's not much point in sending them if they don't look their best until 3 days later!

The flowers were beautiful but didn't arrive on the day I paid for due to the delivery and the no one in card being left at the wrong address . Sadly as a result the flowers didn't arrive in time for the wedding !!! I do think the address was clear and won't be likely to use the service again sorry

they were very nice however I felt despite paying extra to have a large bunch delivered they didn't seem to be many in the bunch

Lovely display but some of the flowers were dead in less than a week. Very disappointing!

I ordered at around 10AM expecting next day delivery which is pretty normal, although the website did at some point advise next day wasn't guaranteed. Given the early order time I assumed it would be done next day but it took two days which is really disappointing but my fault.

Flowers were lovely and good quality, unfortunately the delivery was 4 days ate due to Royal Mail so didn't arrive on the delivery date so left me disappointed and I wont be using this service again for something where I need flowers on a specific date guaranteed.

The website needs a complete overhaul with terms of clarity about how the flowers are delivered/packaged. I was very confused which flowers would be posted and which would be hand delivered. The order page gives you delivery options, but fails to clarify what is included in each of the options! Thankfully, the inclusion of a live chat service was invaluable in resolving the issues I had. With regards to the flowers, well it reminded me of burgers on fast food restaurants - they look all nice and big in the pics, but in reality the actual product looks different!

My original order was delivered on time (Saturday )but on visiting on Sunday the sunflowers were spindly and of poor quality, the tin of the cake was dented and the greeting card was paper thin. My brother used Next delivery, the flowers were vibrant and healthy and the greeting card was of god quality. I did contact customer service (Monday) and response was quick albeit slightly robotic. I was asked to take digital images in order for Customer Service to investigate. The Birthday gift was for my elderly mother whom I spend the weekend and was not able to take any photo's. When I pointed this out, Customer Service then restored my faith by offering a full refund and a complimentary bouquet . I was expecting quality from the off and am not sure I would use Debenhams again. for a flower delivery.
