Lovely flowers. Easy and quick to order. Disappointed that the size of the card was so small. My mother in law didn't know who had sent them. Could it be in a more obvious place?

Arrived on Sunday and was kept informed of time. However quantity and quality was not as good as expected. Roses wilted in just 1 day. A bunch from a local florest was bigger and still going stron over 1 week later

Sunflowers were fed, watered and kept in sunlight for a full week. But still did not open fully and bloom.

Ordering was easy, Flowers delivered on time. Unfortunately the flowers that arrived were not as great as the picture dictated on your website.

Fast delivery. Flowers did not look how they did in the online photograph though. I was gifting them to a friend who love the colour blue and flowers were not blue. Other than that, happy with the service.

Flowers were for my Nan, the flowers were nice but the delivery was I nightmare. I paid for express next day delivery as I knew she would be in all day but also with a request for the driver 'To be patient' with her being elderly. Everything was looking fine until I got an email that day to say my flowers were being the delivered the next day with no explanation & due to opening hours I couldn't ring to ask why it would be the next day with no attempt to deliver when I requested! I had to end up telling my Nan of her surprise delivery so she stayed in all the next day, then I got an update at 10.20am to say they would be delivered between 10.10am-11.10am, so 10 mins after the flowers were due, followed by an update 5 mins later to say no-one was in & the flowers went back to the depot however, my Nan had been in. I couldn't arrange to have them delivered to a shop near her as they wanted my I.d as I ordered them which is ridiculous when the majority of the time people order flower deliveries for other people, not themselves. I had no choice to re-arrange them for the next day which was now days after her Birthday, and where again she had to stay in all day & cancel her doctors appointment. When they were eventually delivered the delivery man knocked quietly so Nan barely heard the door even though she has a doorbell which he didn't use & she barely got to the door when he was getting back in his van so wasn't patient, makes me wonder if this is what happened previously. So I paid £6 extra for express delivery when there was no intent to deliver the next day, no care or consideration & a massive inconvenience to my Nan & me which ruined the whole surprise. So not happy!

My friend said that the flowers and gift were very good, however they did not arrive on the specified date. As she lives in a major city and the flowers were ordered well in advance, I was very disappointed as it was a birthday gift.

a little sad that I sent flowers to my brother on his birthday. On the card I wrote put in a safe place if not in. The flowers were not put round the back of the house in a safe place but were sent to stockport post office. My aged brother had to go to stockport and wait in a long queue to receive his flower box. He was not pleased at having this run-a-round and although he thanked me for the flowers, I also got a "ticking off"

Although I paid extra for a larger bouquet I was disappointed with the size but the quality of the flowers were lovely and the fragrance beautiful.

I ordered the flowers to be delivered on the 28th, but my niece received them on the second night of the show, the 29th. She loved them, but as I gave a specific date I was disappointed they were late.

Royal Mail state the item was delivered on the morning of 28th. I can see it's a commercial address. Is it possible it wasn't passed on by someone at the address or left with a neighbouring address? Either way we're sorry to hear she didn't have them for the first night, it was a lovely gesture on your part.

Underwhelmed probably best sums it up. Spent long time finding flowers plus champagne for a very special occasion and, my own fault, failed to read the reviews. When I did was horrified to see they were overwhelmingly poor and people were terribly disappointed with less than fresh flowers indifferently presented and often not arriving. I was really worried as wanted something stunning for two very discerning people. Fortunately the gift arrived on the right day and nice and early - probably because it was Royal Mail not DPD with whom customers seem to have all the trouble. The recipients were polite about the flowers but there was no wow factor at all and it was a pretty sparse bunch considering it was an expensive 'bouquet' and bought the large version. Don't know what the champagne was like - they didn't say. At least they arrived and the recipients knew they were being thought about which was what really mattered but when I look at the magnificent arrangements of lovely fresh flowers my local flower shop produces for £25 (and will last the best part of 2 weeks) this was not good value. There are lots of other internet flower providers; will go elsewhere another time.

Next day delivery required .... Although contributed to flowers then being expensive . Saw flowers delivered to work mate ..... Tad Disappointed with size

Bouquet was for a thank you for a friend & I was disappointed when she showed it to me. I do not feel it was good value for money & did not compare to the picture on line.
