Flowers received very favourable comments from the receiver. However, I found the website confusing. I thought I'd sent them free next day delivery, however when I read the confirmation email they were to be delivered 3 days later & charge of £2.99. Would not use again based on how difficult it was to understand the website.

Flowers not as expected. Quality didn't seem as it should. Cake a lot smaller than the picture portrays. Balloon described as a birthday balloon with happy birthday written on it but when arrived it was a plain one. Overall disappointed and would not use again.

I had no problems withe purchase and delivery. I am disappointed with the flowers . Although they looked very good when delivered, they are already wilting after two days. I have changed the water etc without success. I can only think they were without water before my wife received them.

The flowers were delivered on time but unfortunately some of the flowers were not looking their best, the white roses were wilted. They have perked up and bloomed well but disappointing as they were a present.

I ordered 'Mum's Premium Lily & Rose' as a Mothering Sunday gift. The ordering process was easy and they were delivered on my specified day and undamaged. The roses were of lovely quality and really pretty colours. However, the flowers of the lilies did not open, even after a few days. Therefore although well-received, the bouquet was a little disappointing.

Lilies can be naughty like that. If you buy lilies next time you order please let us know if you have any problems so we can look into it for you.

Confusion over whether flowers had actually been delivered. ? possibly recipient did not hear doorbell for delivery and they were redelivered but later than i thought and i could not find any email confirming delivery only dispatch. Lapse of 2 days from ordering to 1st delvery date available.

Kept very well informed of progress of delivery. Packaging was excellent but box left on doorstep so as the road has lots of people making their way to Worthing we were lucky not to have them stolen ! Flowers came with a vase which was very nice but disappointed with amount of flowers in it as looked a bit sparse as opposed to the picture on website. I would not order from Debenham's again.

The delivery of the flowers were extremely fast. Purchased just before 9pm and we're delivered less than 12 hours later. The flowers themselves seen fresh and good quality. However, even paying the extra £5 for a large bouquet the number of flowers included was very poor compared to ones received from other florists.

The flowers did not stand out amongst the 6 other deliveries that my mother in law received although they were OK I thought that they would have been superior as many things are from Debenhams. Best wishes

When the flowers were received they were really nice, my fiancée was very happy with them. Unfortunately though after less than 24 hours parts of the roses seemed to start dieing. Petals were falling off quickly also. I would expect a little longer.

There wasn't many flowers within the bunch so not worth £20. Also it says on website they would be in bud but they werent.

Flowers arrived on time, were well presented well and looked very nice. However, they only lasted about 4/5 days before they started to look 'sad' and had to be binned, we had hoped they would last longer.

Good quality of flowers, but there was a delay in the delivery. Since I ordered them for a specific anniversary, this was not a small detail.

There was no balloon. The recipient said the flowers were lovely but I paid for a package which includes a balloon. Disappointing and because of work I can't call to point out the error. I don't appreciate being asked to change my review based in a £4.99 refund. Kind of defeats the purpose of being honest in my review and it's a bit cheeky

Sorry about your initial issue. Some of our customers like to amend their review because they want to add that the issue they have written about was resolved so it reflects their full experience, and are able to do so without being dishonest about what happened.

My sister has been sending photos to me of the flowers as they have been opening. They look lovely but the big disappointment is they have no scent!! I particularly chose them for their scent. Normally those lilies feel the air with their perfume. Such a shame.

Lovely flowers, delivered on time - but caused me a bit of stress. Got an email after the order was placed saying that i still had the flowers in my shopping basket, and invited me to finish my transaction saying I could now take 10% off with a discount code. Was worried that the order had not been placed properly so called the number on the email for advice but it did not work. Sent an email enquiry but after a few hours had not received a response so searched for an alternative number online - gent on the phone confirmed everything was ok. Then on the day of delivery i tried to track the parcel but the consignment number was not recognised on the royal mail website which caused a bit more worry. But it was delivered correctly, just gave me a bit off agg along the way! Since then i have received 2 more emails from Debenhams chasing me to place more orders :-/

Having upgraded to a "large" bouquet and vase for my Mother's birthday I was very disappointed when she sent me a picture of what had been delivered. A very average looking bouquet and certainly not what I had hoped for having had excellent flowers from Debenhams in the past. Hopefully this was a "one off".
