It's the first time I have ordered from yourselves and although the bouquet was very nice when it arrived I was very disappointed that it arrived a day late.

Flowers very nice, had ordered two sets of flowers and one plant. one for birthday and two for Mothers day. Had requested for all the items to be delivered on the Saturday. The birthday flowers did arrive on the day requested. The Mothers day ones did not which was very disappointing, they arrived on the Monday which was too late I might as well have just gone and bought an arrangement of flowers from Marks and Spencers and delivered them myself. I did send an email to Debenhams flowers about my order not arriving on time but I am still waiting on someone getting back to me. I am aware Mothers day is a very busy time but that is no excuse for the flowers not arriving when requested. I don't think I will be ordering from Debenham Flowers in the future.

Received this flower arrangement as a Mother's Day gift. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed with what I received. Whole bunch had three roses in total, all of which did not even last the week. For this price I expected more. Will not be ordering from debenham flowers again.

Colours lovely but roses didn't last long (just about a week); lilys lasted longer.

I ordered several of the same item of Jon Richard's Mood jewellery. Some of the jewellery received looked like seconds and it was obvious they had been made in china. Some of the sticky glitter was peeling off and some of the links were not fully connected, meaning a self-repair job was needed on several items. Some of the crystals were not correctly placed either. We needed the items for a party pack, meaning that a return was pointless. Overall, ok, but I am unlikely to order again. You could get the same quality at a much lesser price. Slightly disappointed.

Not very good, because flowers were delivered after the date I was expecting them to be delivered , even though I have paid extra delivery charge ( which says will deliver at the exact date) . As for the flowers,no issues , tulips were fresh.

Had to place order twice As first order appeared to have disappeared into thin air. After reordering, the flowers arrived and now I wasn't happy with quantity of them. I expected a lot more from a reputable complaint like debengams

The bouquet looked a lot smaller than on the website and the flowers were a bit disappointing.

Flowers protected in a box on arrival which is good. However, I would have preferred them to be open so that when my mum received them it would have been a nicer surprise. The online photograph of flowers is misleading I was under the impression that it would arrived in a glass vase. Although the flowers themselves were lovely I was not overly impressed for the price I paid - I could have gotten the same sort in a local supermarket or local florist. The flowers were pretty but most of the roses were open meaning that they would decay quicker. I also did not like the card that had my personal message on it as it was a generic Debenhams card with no attractive design and felt it spoilt it. Overall, I am fairly disappointed by what I have received (especially as they were a gift for someone else) and think I may go elsewhere for flowers.

Ordered two bouquets for Mother's day and they were terrible. Dying, drooping, beheaded roses and not worth the money. My email complaints to Debenhams went unanswered for two weeks, until I phoned customer services. The customer service representative was very helpful and arranged replacement bouquets. These were absolutely gorgeous, fabulous condition and speedy delivery. It's just a shame that these flowers were not the ones sent for Mother's day. I have used Debenhams flowers before and the bouquets have been lovely. I'm hoping that the Mother's day deliveries were just a blip.

Not quite what I was expecting for the price i paid, didn't look like the picture suggested. However delivery was quick and on timeline

Flowers lovely but delivery instructions weren't followed and therefore my mother had to pick the flowers up from the post office instead of her having them on Mother's Day.

Nice enough arrangement but very small. I bought voucher from offer website and felt poor value for money so would have been aghast at full price. Delivery costs were extra and excessive.

Flowers were lovely and arrived in good time however the chocolates I also ordered and paid for did not arrive with the order, when I contacted debenhams regarding a refund, I received no response.....I still haven't received a refund.

Nice flowers, slow delivery... considering I ordered these for mother's day - they only arrived very late in the evening which was a disappointment.

The flower bunch didnt look as big as they image would suggest. They were a lot smaller then i would of thought, great picture deception, however, the flowers where lovely and the quantities matched what they said.

The flowers themselves were beautiful however they didn't arrive in time for Mother's Day despite paying the extra money for them to be delivered on this specific day. Very disappointed.
