Actually they didn't I was disappointed they did not look as good as in the photo.

The recipient was happy with the flowers but delivery was supposed to be on the Monday and it was Tuesday before they were delivered but person was unable to be at home therefore it was Wednesday before they could be picked up.

It made my sister happy knowing I appreciated all her hard work finding our dad a new nursing home.

The delivery was fast and on time. The toy and chocs were lovely. The flowers themselves felt overpriced, and gave nothing of the impression as appeared in the misleading photos.

The order and delivery process was very good as a paid for a morning slot and the flowers arrived well packaged and at the expected time. Unfortunately when the flowers were opened the flowers were not the same colour as advertised. The flowers were supposed to be blue hydrangeas to mirror what we had on our wedding day. The flowers that turned up were purple and not blue like I ordered. The flowers also did not last very long. Disappointing for the amount of money I paid.

My sister enjoyed the flowers and the variety and size seemed good, and the bouquet was reasonably priced. However, the flowers were a day late being delivered, by which time some of the roses had started to brown and curl. I wasn't overly happy with this as one of the selling points is that the flowers are largely delivered in bud in order that they will have maximum last.

No wow factor. Flowers were much smaller in size than how they looked in pictures.

Delivered a day late than specified and meant they where late for a birthday and ordered well in advance. Thought the bunch of flowers looked like more on the website as I ordered the bigger bunch. All a bit disappointing.

Good Delivery, quality flowers but poor value for money. Paid £5 for larger bouquet but only two addition roses, although to be fair this was as described.

Our daughter in law said the flowers were lovely and she was thrilled to receive them. The only trouble being she didn't realise they had come from us as they had missed off the second line of our message. Not impressed.

Everything else was fine but the bouquet and balloon were unexpectedly small.The image is misrepresenting.

The flowers were for a friend's birthday and when delivered were lovely and fresh, just a shame they were delivered the day after her birthday!

Flowers were delivered in alloted time but the recipient could not find the card and so had no idea who they were from. Would it be possible to receive an email to say the flowers had been delivered, like we do to say they have been dispatched?

Expected at least some of the fredhias to be in bloom but none were. Took three days for the first bloom to come - disappointed present for 43rd anniversary will not order again

I would prefer a different mode of delivery as my recipient was not in and received a note to collect a parcel, if I had not texted to say have you received a parcel note and said she should get it sooner rather than later she would have left it until the weekend to collect them. Plus they were not kept in water only wet paper?! Lovely flower which have lasted but wouldn't use again due to delivery method.

Thanks for the feedback. This is a good point regarding informing recipient of urgency of collection and something we have been discussing with our couriers.There shouldn't be loose water with the flowers and doesn't need to be in order for them to remain fresh- this is entirely deliberate as it prevents the packaging being damaged in the event of a leak.

Beautiful flowers but a much smaller looking bunch than I had hoped compared with the picture and so the standard bunch looked like a £5 supermarket bunch rather than what it actually cost me which was more than double. Good for convenience but next time I'll have to pay for the more expensive one or use another company for fear of looking a bit cheap to the recipient !!
