Delivery was a great service, the flowers arrived nicely presented, a great first impression! my complaint is that I've no idea how old they were by delivery day, only to find they were more or less ready for the dustbin after 4-5days.

I feel the roses could have been in better condition/fresher. It's a shame as usually debenhams have done me well.

the quality of the flowers was average and some of them lasted less than the guaranteed one week. the communication and delivery from Debenhams was excellent.

A bit disappointed to be honest, went for the deluxe ,thinking I would get a huge bunch and was sadly underwhelmed. Good delivery service but the actual bouquet could have been better. Don't think I will use debenhamsflowers.co.uk again unfortunately

Good points: - Ordering was quick and painless - Delivery arrived relatively early on the scheduled date Bad points: - Flowers didn't last more than 4 days even with plant food they supplied - Vase I ordered arrived broken - Customer service is painfully slow. Emailed the evening of delivery (Thursday, 11 Feb) and only received a response 5 days later (Tuesday, 16 Feb). Due to the delay I decided to call them on the Monday and was made to hold by the automated answering service for 40 minutes before a human spoke to me. I chose to use the email method instead as it is less time consuming on my part albeit pathetically slow in response times. Follow up email of 16 Feb was only responded to on 22 Feb. I was given a refund for the broken base in the end (29 Feb). If the case wasn't broken then maybe I wouldn't mind recommending Debenhams Flowers but the pathetic customers service makes this impossible. I therefore do not recommend Debenhams Flowers.

Roses did not open (like m and s) and did not last two weeks.

ok, this is difficult, the order process was great and simple, even asking when I would like the flowers delivered..........then the results were poor. The quality of the flowers were very good, but so so small, the picture of the flowers looked rather larger than the ones I received which looked like a very small hand tie. but that was not the worst thing, I asked for a delivery on a Saturday morning which was agreed, but they arrived on the friday ! Arrrrgh ! after the order process stated Saturday ! As I said the flower quality was great but service was not what I wanted.

I ordered some flowers and they sent them ok. I would never use them again because they have pestered me over the internet ever since.

Flowers were OK and delivered n time. My biggest gripe though is I ordered via the Quidco website and have had to raise a claim because I have not received cash back. As per their agreement with Quidco.

The flowers looked really nice on delivery which was punctual and a real plus. However the flowers started to wilt around day 3 and had to go in the bin on day 7 so despite looking good at first they really did not last well which was disappointing and as a result I will probably be looking elsewhere next time I want to buy some flowers.

The flower arrangement I purchased looked better online than it did when I received them, was a but dissapointed for my partner.

disappointed with the size of Valentine package of roses, ballon and chocolate from what you see in your advertisement. The advert shows a bigger ballon and big box of chocolates to what you get. Plus Debenhams were promoting the Valentine package with a discount only if you had the flowers on the 5th Feb a bit too early for the actual day. All in all very disappointed for what you got at the price.

I have been promised with the code to enter for 10% discount, which I did not received, but flowers were good, delivery timing was good, but would be good if the discount was given which was promised.

Although the selection of flowers are nice and we'll thought out, the quality of the flowers, in particular the roses is poor. It is embarrassing to give someone a bouquet where the flowers are a bit shabby and blackened round the edges!

Flowers delivered exactly on time but the quality of the roses were not as expected. They were frayed and black on the tips, and the day after were starting to wilt already. That said, the packaging itself was great and as expected by Debenhams but unfortunately because of the quality of the flowers I may look to shop elsewhere next time.

The flowers were great, except they arrived the day before they were meant to. Meaning the recipient wasn't home to receive them.

Flowers were fine but not at all impressed with the card. Difficult to find and then the message hidden in a tacky booklet. Took her a day to find out they were sent from me...

I ordered flowers for my mum, the lilies and the rest of the flowers were lovely but the quality of the roses were rubbish, wilted round the edges very quick
