“Did not see flowers as they were a gift but was told they were loveley”

“The flowers were excellent, they were really well presented and wrapped. The flowers were fresh and good quality, would definitely purchase flowers from here again :)”

“had flowers delivered to my mother for her birthday, arrived on time and in good condition. i didn't think they looked as big a bouquet i real life but she loved them and that's what counts.”

“Service was excellent, unfortunately the roses in the original bouquet did not last as long as expected (only a few days). Having contacted customer service the response was very positive and a new bouquet was sent. Again the roses didn't last as long as the rest of the flowers, however they probably lasted up to 6 days. The bouquets both look really nice so no problem there. Overall happy with service/response and bouquets just concerned over potential quality issue with the roses.”

“The freesias I ordered were beautiful and lasted for ages. Unfortunately the Mothers' Day balloon didn't arrive but my mum was delighted with the chocoloates and teddy bear that she received from Debenhams by way of compensation!”

“The flowers were delivered quickly and were beautiful. Unfortunately though the card with my message wasn't included. I would still order flowers through Debenhams though as the cost was reasonable and good value for money.”

“The ordering and delivery service, for delivery on Mother's Day, were both very good. However, the flowers themselves were disappointingly pallid in colour and not representative of the on-line choice I had made. They were also a bit battered when they were undone. This is the first time Debenhams has disappointed me.”
