“Nice flowers but delivered via DPD in a box which was damaged. So not the best first impression”

“The service seemed to work effectively, although to be sure of a 'free' delivery it would seem you have to process the order on a monday or tuesday. The recipients were pleased with their bouquets, so I guess that is what counts.”

“The flowers were a gift & when they arrived were beautiful. Reasonably priced & easy to order. Only issue was the standard delivery was 4 days later & it was extra to have them delivered sooner which wasn't ideal. Overall I would use Debenahms flowers again”

“The service was speedy and the flowers beautiful. However I purchased them as a Get Well gift and I was told there was no indication in them on who had sent them. Perhaps provide an option to fill in a virtual card that can be printed and included with the flowers?”

“Using the debenhams website was simple. The ordering and checkout process straightforward. My friend is delighted with the flowers that I sent her for her birthday. I would add that I cant stand lilies, so my choice of bouquet was not huge given that many of the bouquets contain lilies. Your roses look fantastic, gerberas jolly and your peonies very nice - ditch the lilies!”

“I was overall very happy with the service. It was easy to order and it was delivered well. The thing I wasn't pleased with is that on the website the case I ordered was clear but it came in red. This didn't really match with the flowers so this slightly ruined the aesthetics.”

“Arrived on time, friend very pleased with them. Ordered flowers, balloon and chocs. Great value for money. Impressed with the update status throughout the process. Ordered whilst on holiday in Canaries so was good to know the progress of the order. Have used before, will use again.”

“Flowers arrived on time and we're lovely. Exactly as described and very pretty. I would have liked them delivered earlier than 4.15 could have paid extra for a.m. delivery but chose not to. Would have thought fresh flowers would warrant morning delivery!!”

We like your thinking. We admit this would be ideal but unfortunately is not currently possible, so we makes sure they are equipped for the journey.

“The on line site was straight forward and a reasonably good choice. The flwers/gift were as described and delivered promtly. I was given e-mail confirmation they were about to be sent and a confirmation ( about 36 hoursafter) that they had been delivered.”

“I forgot my nieces birthday and had to hurry for a special gift for a special girl. I am short round vase with a mixture of flowers such as daisies. Very girlish and included a happy birthday balloon and teddy bear. I paid for next day delivery by noon. Excellent. Emails kept me informed and the birthday gift was on time. Then I received a photo of my niece with her gift. The bear was a hit and much bigger and better than I envisioned. The balloon was exactly as I thought but the flowers were shoved in at all vase with no look or even thought of a professional arrangement. This was so disappointing and frankly I felt embarrassed for the gift is gave. I can certainly give kudos for everything but the flowers. Debenhams please look into this and not have the flower arrangement be a disappointment for anyone else. It really spoilt a superb service.”
