Unfortunately the roses whilted within a day. The lillies hadn't even opened by then. We had to buy new roses to replace them. Quite disappointing for the amount we paid.

Flowers looked lovely on arrival however arrived Friday and by the very next day the roses were all dead.

Flowers did not match picture on website and was not fresh. So do not recommend. Waste of money.

Although the customer service that I recieved in order to get a refund was very good the standard of the flowers was poor. The majority were dead within 2 days.

I usually use bunches when ordering flowers online but my partner convinced me to try debenhams when ordering flowers for Mother's Day. Compared to bunches, I found the number and quality of flowers to be poor value for money. Also they only lasted 4 days before they ended up in the bin. Considering I can buy a £10 bunch of flowers from the supermarket that last two weeks this was extremely disappointing and not the standard I would expect from a company like Debenhams. Suffice to say I will not be using this mob again and will stick to bunches/supermarket flowers in future!

Ordered two sets of flowers to be delivered for my mother and mother in law and neither arrived on time! After writing a complaint it took debenhams over a week to reply! Would not use again very disappointing!

To be honest I was disappointed. Flowers were not as nice as in the picture and were not very fresh by the time they arrived. Several were very wilted. Probably won't use this service again.

I ordered for Mother's Day and both deliveries were not posted on time to reach Northern Ireland on time. The flowers were in the post and were not in a fresh condition when received. I also wrote an email of complaint and have not yet received a response.

I actually sent a complaint about these flowers a few days after my Mum received them as some didn't open and the Roses died really quickly. I did not get a response from you only to say it would take a while to get back to me. I have still heard nothing.

Ordered two bouquets for mothers day. One bouquet was okay, but not the greatest quality and the other had stems broken and mouldy flowers. Still waiting for my refund from customer support over 2 weeks ago. Best going to local florist.

Flowers came when expected, but it took a week for the Lilys to flower by which point the Roses had died. Lilys only lasted a couple more days after that.

Mum got them for her birthday and said she was disappointed with them as they were wilted and most died by day two. Needless to say I was gutted.

Pretty flowers but very overpriced for size of bouquet. Paid extra to track delivery but was unable to track.

I ordered the flowers for Mother's Day. When they were delivered they were wilted as if they had been in the van all day. Some of the petals were brown on the edges and within 3 days the whole bouquet looked terrible. Sorry to say I will not order flowers from Debenhams again. Very disappointing.

I ordered a bouquet for mothers day which was extremely disappointing flowers broken half dead and contents were inferior, when this was supposed to be a special day for my mother. I complained to Debenhams and they sent out another bouquet and a box of chocolates which were lovely its just a pity they didn't get it right first time.

Flowers arrived late and looked out of tune after just a day promised an upgrade and given an apology by email but still waiting for said upgrade (order for Mother's Day) no response from telephone help number

Really disappointed with the bouquet, it was for Mother's Day and I really hoped to give my mum a bouquet to show how much I appreciate her. After one day of the flowers being delivered the roses started to wilt. When I contacted debenhams flowers customer services about this they did not reply, I even attached a photo of the wilted rose. Just overall disappointed.

These flowers were purchased for Mother's Day. Very disappointed with the poor quality of the flowers. They did not last very long and were certainly not at there best even when they first arrived. Box they arrived in was bashed and soaking wet from the water that used to be in the flowers. Will not use debenhams flowers again.

If it wasn't for the fact of the convienience of the delivery, if you saw these in the shop at the price the I pretty sure you wouldn't buy them. I made the unfortunately mistake (or Google auto fill did) of having them delivered to my own address instead of my mothers, so I gave them to my wife although I had already brought her some from Morrisons and to be honest the Morrisons flowers were half the price looked 10times better and lasted at least twice as long as those from Debenhams. Despite to say I won't be using this service again. The only reason I've given them 2 stars is for the fact they delivered on Mother's Day,
