I order flowers for Mothering Sunday and my Aunts birthday on Sunday 29th February. The flowers were all to be delivered on Saturday 5th March. In time for the birthday and Mothering Sunday. My Aunts flowers arrived on the 5th March. Neither of the flowers ordered to be delivered on the same day for Mothering Sunday arrived until Tuesday 8th March. 3 days after they should of been delivered. Plus my Mum and Aunt live in the same house I tried to contact Debenhams flowers by phone (no one answered the phone on either number) and by email regarding my order and apart from the reply acknowledging my complaint I have not heard anything back. We live overseas at present and we were not in the uk for either days so feel let down with the service provided.

Very disappointed with my flowers they were in very poor state when they arrived and only @lasted three days They very for Mother'day.

This is the first time I have used your company, they were for a wedding anniversary and I asked my sister what they were like, she said they were not as good as the flowers I usually send. The picture she sent me was definelelt not as good as quality as the ones in the photo. Will not be using you again.

I had a half price offer for these flowers with O2. I'm so glad I didn't pay full price as they were pretty much a let down. The roses were already wilting, in my opinion there was nothing special about these flowers. I would recommend that if you're buying these at full price to shop around as there are definitely better bunches out there.

I ordered two bouquets for my mother in law and my mother on mothers day. Both of whom sent me photo's of the flowers they had received. My mother was happy with hers and they lasted a couple of weeks which is excellent but the colours of the fresha's were not as advertised. My mother in law's flowers however didn't last as long they only lasted just under a week and yet again the colours were not correct. They were supposed to be a bright bouquet of mixed coloured flowers but they were just yellow and white which was really disappointing and not as advertised. The first and last time I use Debenham's for flowers I'm afraid.

Delivered on wrong day, and left at post office where flowers died. Compensation of box of chocolates was tiny and gave even worse impression as a result

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mums birthday which is on a leap year, so she only gets one every 4 years so I wanted to make it special. Delivery of the flowers were prompt but unfortunately most of them were already dying when they arrived even though they hadn't bloomed yet. I was expecting a bright and full bouquet but unfortunately what arrived was a limp, drab display of which my mum was quite disappointed with. I won't use the service again, it seems to far for Debenhams to deliver from Taunton to Bridgwater whilst keeping the flowers alive and beautiful.

Having used Debenhams Flowers previously and being very impressed, I thought they were the ideal place to arrange flowers for my Step Mother and Half Sister's joint 60th & 21st Birthday Party that I was unable to attend. One bunch of flowers and one planter ordered and paid for (one order), along with more expensive tracked delivery... Unfortunately only one item arrived on the selected day in time for the party! After talking to my rather upset Step Mother, I emailed Debenhams Flowers and got a standardised (automated?) response back saying they would be delivered the next day. Luckily they were but this was rather too late for the celebration! The lack of human service was unimpressive and the inability to deliver the whole order on time mean that unfortunately I am unlikely to use them again, even though the flowers were apparently lovely each time!

Really disappointed with the bouquet. Small and cheap looking, which when they weren't cheap and were meant to make a mum feel special on Mother's Day were a let down.

The flowers were supposed to be scented as per description. But no scent whatsoever so I was very disappointed about that. Therefore I would've been better to buy from high street supermarket. Which would have been quarter of price. Flowers looked good and arrived promptly.

The lilies were okay but one of the roses was drooping when the box was delivered and didnt revive or open properly. The other roses revived a bit once in water. Used the flower food provided. They were delivered by Royal Mail - maybe they took too long in the post. Not sure I would order again.... pretty disappointed to be honest, given I was abroad and wanted to give my mum flowers on Mothers Day.

I ordered two bunches of flowers, for separate people, to be delivered on Mother's Day. I paid £2.99 per bunch for 'timed delivery'. However, I wasn't notified of the time of the delivery for one bunch until 11am on the day of delivery, and for the other bunch I wasn't notified at all.

Ordered bouquets for mothers day. Delivery was very good, which is what the 2 stars were for. The flowers looked nice, once set out in a vase, however they were all in full bloom and not even lasted a week. Will certainly not be using the service again, disappointed.

3 bunches ordered for Mothers' Day and 3 poor quality offerings. My wife, mother and mother-in-law all had to remove dead petals from the sum total of 4 roses they received with their bunches. Will never order from Debenhams again

There were only 3 roses (one with brown edged petals) and the lilies were extremely short seemed so when in case looked odd. Don't feel the bouquet was value for money even though I purchased using money saving £5 discount offer.

Ordered for the MIL for Mother's Day. Regardless of dispatch notice they didn't arrive when promised, with no explanation. They look like tatty, like they've been sitting, have been binned already. Certainly not worth the money and we won't be using this service again.

I ordered 2 bouquets - one for my Cousin who lost her Mum and one for My Mum for Mothers Day - My cousins bouquet was nice but my Mothers was very disappointing m the roses had brown on all the petals , were drooping as was all the greenery , they just looked as if they had been left out
