Flowers ordered to be delivered on Friday 4th of March for Mother's Day but not delivered until Monday. Very disappointing.

The flowers were delivered a day earlier than requested which was not ideal. I also tried to cancel them 5 days before they were to be delivered (it does state on the website to allow 4 days before delivery for cancellation during busy periods) and was told as the delivery label was printed, they could not be cancelled. Very disappointing service.

Unfortunately..... the flowers I ordered didn't arrive on the selected delivery date.... (which was a Sat) but arrived on the Mon. I had been emailed on the Thus to say they had been dispatched, which meant they had been in the packaging, lying about waiting for delivery since then. The roses that were part of the bunch, were all withered and droopy.... I don't think they could get enough water... so they had to be binned right away.... leaving a rather smaller bunch of flowers than what i'd paid for. Very disappointed, and not the best gift I've sent!!!

Unfortunately there were only 6 flowers with a lot of greenery and some of the roses looked half dead. I don't think the flowers were worth the money that I paid. It was the first time I had used Debenhams flowers but I wont be using again. Very disappointed.

The offer I received stated I would get 50% more stems.....this was not the case. The flower arrangement only have 8 flowers! Disappointed.

Ordered 2 sets of flowers to be delivered on the saturday before mothers day, 1 got delivered on the Friday! Bouquets were quite sparce to be honest (I understand they come in bud form, but the Lillies still haven't opened 5 days later) sorry debenhams, but I won't be ordering from you again, very disappointing.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothering Sunday which were delivered on Saturday 5th March. They arrived dishevelled and looking the worse for wear. The next day which was Mothers Day they were thrown away. So im really not happy. I tried to call customer services on Monday to inform them but was held in a queue for a ridiculous amount of time, after calling for the third time I decided to email them Today is Wednesday and I haven't had a respone.

Half the roses had to be binned within two days, and for a £30 bouquet they were very disappointing! Didn't even look very alive when they were delivered in the first place.

I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on the Saturday to my mother in Belfast and my mother in law in Plymouth. Whilst the Plymouth flowers arrived on time, my mothers did not get to her until the Monday. I (and my mother) was very disappointed. I am 8000 miles away working in the Falkland Islands and haven't seen her for 8 months. I rely on timeliness and efficiency when I order gifts for special occasions so that she knows I am thinking of her. This is the second occasion that I have ordered flowers for my mother and mother in law from Debenhams and twice now I have had issues. Albeit customer services have redeemed themselves, I will think twice about ordering flowers from here again.

The flowers were lovely, but although I paid extra to have them delivered in the morning, they did not arrive until 1.30. There were no free chocolates either. Asking for the early delivery was for a reason, as the recipient was heading out for the day at 12.30. Very disappointed.

Having ordered a large bouquet, I was very disappointed when it arrived looking very shabby and a little bit sorry for itself. It looked nothing like the picture which was a full and lush bouquet.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday 5 March for mothers day. Flowers didn't arrive until just after 12.30 on Monday 7 March. Contacted support service by email on Sunday as only found out on Sunday that flowers had not been delivered and have heard nothing back. Flowers ordered in plenty time to ensure that I got the delivery date I wanted. Disappointed in this service.

I ordered flowers and a vase as a gift. The gift was sent directly to the recipient. The recipient called me to say thank you and that the flowers were lovely but the vase was broken. I have been trying for a week now (emails/calls) to get someone at Debenhams to deal with this issue but no one seems to care. I will keep trying.

The flowers looked beautiful and arrived on time but were dead 2 days later which is hardly value for money or even great for the recipient. My Mum, who is 80, phoned me this morning in tears because her flowers were dead already. I would not use Debenhams again for flowers.

For Valentines, ordered Debenhams "Romantic Lily & Rose" (with free Guylian 65g Chocolates) and Free Tracked Delivery. Paid extra £5 to go Large (this provided SIX Grand Prix Roses). After entering a promo code it came to £29.99 delivered. Not a bad deal I thought...... until I got feedback from the girlfriend on the 14th. On inspection there were only 5 red roses (not 6)...... and all with very small heads and 3 with blackened outside petals. The Lilies were lovely and eventually blossomed to a full colourful bloom.... but being Valentines, the centerpiece Roses disappointed. Lesson learned.... I guess you never really know the quality of what is going to turn up if you order these kind of items online.... suffice to say the Roses never came anywhere near their glorious online depiction. It's off to the local florist or superstore next time, where I can quality control first hand and view in reality what I'm actually purchasing.

I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for mother's day (Saturday delivery). One was delivered to east kilbride - my dad had to go after the delivery driver as he was quick off the mark......flowers are beautiful and appreciated by my mum. The other bouquet was delivered to Glasgow at 1.30pm - unfortunately my mother in law was out and the delivery driver took them away. She then went to the post office on Monday only to be told that they are at the Cambuslang depot. The post office have texted the driver to rearrange delivery but I can only imagine what state they will be in by then (Tuesday). I am extremely disappointed with the delivery arrangements. Surely as perishable goods some attempt to leave with a neighbour/leave in a safe place would have been preferable. Not a very happy Mother's day for an 82 year old lady I'm afraid.
