The flowers were nice but not a lot at all for the money. Not sure I would bother ordering again.

ordered two sets of flowers for a certain date, one got delivered the day before, and the other on the day, I paid for tracking on both and I didn't get the tracking number until after the flowers were delivered, and they use Royal mail which are not the best in keeping to dates, esp at the weekend, wont be using again,

I ordered a valentines bouquet via Debenhams as I had a discount code on 02 Priority. Online ordering process and delivery was fine, with email tracking updates etc. However, the bouquet itself was somewhat disappointing. Presentationally they were not the best and I was left bewildered when comparing the picture on Debenham's website with that received (much like how fast food is advertised and then served up!). Now, I'm no expert, but some of the 'foliage' had brown marks and growth on and therefore not the vibrant and clean greens I would've expected. Despite good care (promptly cut stems into vase of water with food etc.) the roses in particular only lasted a few days and were removed. The lillies didn't last much longer, leaving a rather bare and dishevelled looking bouquet after 5 or so days, in stark comparison to a £3 bunch of flowers picked up from the supermarket a few weeks earlier that lasted well beyond 14 days. Overall, pretty disappointing for flowers worth c.£35 and would not recommend. Maybe a one off 'bad egg', but I have seen much better from other retailers in the recent past.

I have to say that I was disappointed. Of the 12 red roses one had a stem and no flower and 3 of the other flowers had broken off their stems. Instead of my wife receiving 12 red roses she received 8. I expected better.

To be honest the flowers did not look as good as they did on the web site probably not helped by the fact that when the guy delivered, my wife had to tell him he had the flowers upside down, I was away at the time, got home a few days later and was disappointed at the flowers considering they were still only 4 days old.

Bought the £50 boquet of flowers with a 50% off voucher so only paid £25. Even for the half price, i was disappointed with both quantity and quality if flowers. Not really worth £25 neverming the £50. Have bought better flowers from interflorafor less money. Not going to buy flowers again from debenhams if this is their standard.

Got the delivery date wrong which was a bit crucial as it was for Valentines day. They put the problem right with a replacement (on the correct date), but this should not have happened, hence the poor rating.

poor quantity, poor quality flowers for the price. sorry but wont be buying flowers from debenhams again

Disappointed as the Lillies never opened properly. As these are my Wife's favourite I had hoped for better. The bouquet included some roses, which had opened even though the brief said everything would be in bud form, and greenery in abundance but frankly not worth the billed value of £50.

The flowers arrived on time and were nicely boxed. It was clear when we put the flowers in the vase that the roses had long passed their best by date, They were already in full bloom and some of the outer petals were dead or dying. By the next day and despite adding the supplied flower food the roses started to droop and within 3 days they had to be thrown away. The other (cheaper) flowers that were with the roses (not sure of their name) faired better. Primarily because they hadn't yet opened and when they did they lasted almost 2 weeks. In short, for the money they charge I would have expected better quality and for them to last longer. I personally won't be buying flowers again from Debehnams.

although I have purchased flowers on several occasions from Debenhams, on this occasion, I was very disappointed in the roses delivered for Valentines Day. This wasn't only for Valentines Day, but also part of our wedding celebrations and my 60th birthday. The flowers were of poor quality and 3 of the blooms were broken..1 bloom in [articular was very obviously broken before being placed with the others as it had a torn stem which was not freshly torn. If it hadn't been for the fact that we were getting married and having a 60th birthday celebration, I would have telephoned to complain. VERY very disappointed in this purchase

The flowers are well packaged but the flowers itself are not as good as it shows on the website, even after its blossom.

Flowers where good only disappointment was I asked for them to be delivered on the Monday for them to be delivered on the Saturday when my partner wasn't at work and had to wait till the Monday to pick them up from work where they had faded a touch.

The ordering was easy, the flowers were excellent but the delivery service very poor. The post office tried to deliver the flowers at 7 AM and left a card stating that, my wife was in the house at the time and heard no door bell, she then had problems getting the flowers from the post office as she had to wait till the delivery driver returned, losing time from her day. I work abroad hence the reason I had the flowers delivered, the problems caused by the delivery and my wife having to drive about to get them somewhat spoiled the moment.

I placed an order for a grand bouquet of flowers for my wife on valentines day and was shocked at what I received. After viewing the flowers on the website (RRP £49.99) and using a voucher code, I got something that had no more than five roses, flowers that were not fresh and a bunch of other flowers that made it disappointing at best. I am just grateful I did not buy it at full price but even at £25 it was not worth it

My order was a timed delivery order. However, the package arrived two days later. There was very poor update on the online tracking but good customer service through the phone.
