Flowers came well packed and on time, however roses were very small and even after blooming buds were much smaller than the roses you can get in the local florist (for the same price). Do not recommend.

Not nice roses - supposed to be Deluxe but were very small and already had black dead bits on the end of many petals when they arrived and they never opened fully despite being in water, etc.. My daughter got some from her boyfriend via MoonPig that were much nicer and caused me some embarrassment as these were so poor...

I bought some lovely flowers for Valentine's day. Unfortunately they went dry and withered after 4-5 days. I made note of the '7 day freshness' promise, and contacted Debenhams, attaching the pictures. A few days later I received a response from Roza, who asked me to send pictures as proof (even though I had already sent them). Anyway, I sent the pictures once again and ever since there has been only silence. That was on 19th February. Today I receive an automated request to leave a review - amazing.

I bought theses flowers for my other half. When they arrive they was in dying need of water the rose petals had dried out quite badly as well as other leaves. Once they were in water they look quite nice the only problem was that it took well over a week for the other flowers to actually start flowering and by the time the roses had mostly died so I was a little disappointed as theses were not cheap supermarket flowers. I also followed the instructions that were included with the flowers step by step. Remember guys and girls what you see in the picture online to what you are geting delivered are two completely different things

I sent these flowers to my mother in law on her birthday. They arrived on time but had dried out and were wilting. She managed to revive them but they didn't last as long as I would have hoped. Perhaps changing the packaging so flowers are delivered in a bag of water might be a good idea. Nice flowers but I'll go back to M&S next time.

Paid extra for a one hour delivery slot, but didn't get the hour confirmed until 9am on the day, so couldn't plan anything for that day. Thank god I paid the extra £5 for a large bouquet, as I imagine the smaller one is just one flower on its own. £50 got me an arrangement the same size and quality as paying £15 at Tesco.

I thought the flowers were not worth the money I could of gone to Morrisons for the same flowers for a lot less. I'm on a budget so yes I picked the cheaper option but there wasn't a lot to choose from in that price group if they had a few roses or another flower in the bouquet they would of looked a lot nice and worth the money

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend before 12pm on Valentine's Day. One of the main reasons I used Debenhams was because they offered a Sunday delivery service, so they could be delivered on the day itself. The bouquet did arrived before then... it arrived on the 8th of February, dispite the card reading a Valentine's message, and saying 14/02 on the date, someone decided that it would be good to send them a week early and ruin the surprise. The flowers themselves were OK, not great, less roses and lilies than displayed in the picture, and a bit squashed as they were sent by Royal Mail, but the only reason this is a 2* and not a 1* star is that Debenhams Flowers did agree to sent another set out as I had originally ordered. But again, these weren't amazing, even more squashed and lacking in the main flowers. Will probably stick to using the local florist I think, thankfully Valentine's Day is on a Tuesday next year.

Most flowers I have ordered through Intaflora or M&S usually look as advertised but this particular bouquet did not and looked poor in comparison.

The flowers were ok, once they finally arrived home. Unfortunately the flowers were delivered on the wrong day even though I paid extra to choose my day of delivery. This led to the flowers being held in a local post office over the weekend and picked up 3 days later. Unsurprising, the flowers were not in the best condition (dry and slightly wilted) by the time they were picked up and reached home.

I purchased these flowers with a need to claim the cost back on work expenses. The original email I was sent cut off the price of the flowers resulting in me havig to email Debenhams to request a reciept. I received an email advising that I would be sent one in 5-7 days and on day 9 I had to call them again to see where the reciept was to be told that I had to wait another few days as they had been busy with valentines day! Not very good service at all

I ordered flowers & teddy bear for Valentines delivery. Flowers arrived on time but the bear did not. On contacting customer services, they said they would refund the cost of bear & still send the bear. They did refund the cost but bear still has not arrived. Flowers were lovely though. Maybe bear is still en route from Peru to A train station in London before his onward journey after a long delay getting a visa.

The product was fine. The service was poor. The message I had elected to put on the flowers was no longer acceptable and after being on hold and passed through menus for 45 minutes I decided to send an email to change the message on the flowers. This email was ignored until after the flowers had been delivered. I was then offered a remedy by one of the staff at Debenhams, one that I accepted, but I heard nothing back from this member of staff after this. Poor service,

Bouquet looked great at first, but the lillies didn't open for two weeks and by that point the roses had died. Good customer service to quickly organise a refund for them.

Pros - they were reasonably priced and delivered on time. Cons - they didn't look very impressive and were fairly small in size. They also died in about 4 days.

Fast and timely delivery but a very small, aged bunch of flowers - nowhere near as full as the pictures...the roses were already turning and the Lilies never opened. These were purchased for Valentine's Day, overall very disappointed.
