While the delivery of the flowers was efficient I was very disappointed with the product. I paid extra for an extra large bunch and the bunch themselves were so small and looked nothing like what the flowers in the picture. There was no wow factor. So disappointed and I wish I hadn't wasted my money!!

For the price and the name attached to them they were quite underwhelming. They didn't fill the vase with much presence. The blooming ones are wilting before the young buds have even started opening.

Was really disappointed with these flowers. The roses started to die very quickly, whereas the lilies are yet to open and the eryngium were very dull in color. Unfortunately these made a very underwhelming valentines gift. I won't be buying from Debenhams Flowers again.

Roses arrived, lovely packaging and great detail. However, the flowers are supposed to be fresh for 5 days? The roses were dying already when we opened them! Upsetting after spending that amount of money for the special touch of being delivered. The bigger bunch we ordered were very pretty, but again some of the flowers were dying. (Luckily not all like the roses!!)

Overall very disappointed in the flowers we received. Roses already open not I bud as described on the enclosed leaflet. one rose died after just 2days.

On arrival the roses appeared quite dehydrated and were drooping and most of the freesias were closed. This can quite often be the case with boxed flowers. However, after cutting, watering and feeding as per instructions, whereas most of the freesias opened and are quite healthy, the roses never recovered and are all but dead after 2-3 days.

The flowers was spot on, but I also ordered a vase to come with it. It also came with complimentary chocolates which I did not receive also. Won't be ordering again.

Bouquet wasn't close to being as nice in person as it was online. Delivered on wrong day (second time this has happened from debenhams) No real positives aside from well packaged.

I ordered flowers for my nans 80th Birthday. Whilst the flowers themselves were okay, they came without the vase and were battered in the box, I have since emailed yourselves three times and have been ignored. I am very disappointed.

There's not a lot for the money, once all packing has been removed there are not a lot of flowers left! I would not use again.

Whilst the flowers were lovely, delivery, which was supposed to be on Saturday 13th February, was attempted on Friday 12th February when nobody was in. There was apparently a further attempt at 06:31 on Saturday morning but nobody in the house heard anybody at the door. The surprise was spoiled!

My flowers arrived black at the edges of the buds and some of the leaves had gone brown. I could have gotten better quality at a supermarket! I sent wn email off no reply, after an hour I went to my local store at the metro centre where I have to say the women on the wedding services counter were fantastic! I couldn't have asked any more of them absolute stars. However even thou they were that good it took the lady 25 minutes on hold to get someone at debenhams flowers who apparently is in India and is called Christopher. Who spent over 40 minutes not having a clue what he was doing he even tries to tell me I hadn't been looking after the flowers very well you know the ones I revived less then two hours ago After much explaining and waiting for him to figure out what he was doing he then tried to charge me for a new set of roses instead of replaceing my very poor quality ones. I'm actually appalled at the service I received on Friday by your call centre it would seem standards only matter when they are the public face of the company. Also the reason I ordered online was for the gift card as the lady Iv bought them for has Russian heritage so I wanted the message in Russian so no message card I recived and I can't speak Russian so how do you tell and Indian gentlemen who can canot understand English how to write a word in Russian that his keyboard won't be set up for? Any how so after over an hour in your store with the very lovely lady's trying to help me out we finally got flowers sorted they came today and there much better quality thou maybe next time they should come in oasis soaked in water as roses tend to thirsty. I complained online about my experience with your flowers rep and was told someone would contact me today... Yea that hasn't happend either So to recap exreemly poor telephone service Very poor customer services who's are yet to call me But your store colleagues in the wedding department absolute stars they are the only reason Iv anything good to say about my experience that's why I give my experience 2 stars and not 1 Thank you for your time I do hope you act on my review Chris green

I was disappointed that my friend did not receive her flowers on her birthday as the instruction to leave them on the doorstep was not adhered to. She received a card to collect from depot but when she went there on the correct day was told to return the next day! She did go back the next day - there was no note about leaving them on the doorstep so some communication breakdown. I contacted Debenhams by email but they have never got back to me so won't be using this service again.

Dear Debenhams, thank you for your invitation. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I was disappointed when I arrived at my parent's to find my Mum's birthday flowers left in the dark on the drive with no card posted/evidence of attempt to leave with a neighbour, and then a little lack luster on opening having been left out in the cold, especially with no option to upgrade delivery to a specific time slot. Unlikely to reorder and will return to preferred retailer.

The flowers, once they arrived, were gorgeous, but I arranged for them to be delivered to my grandmother on her birthday (shown as the delivery date available on the order) and they didn't arrive until the following day. If I had known that they would be late, I would have used another company.

Flowers were ordered for 15/02/16. Flowers were dispatched on 30/01/16. I tried to contact customer support multiple times. Eventually got a reply 4 days after the flowers were delivered. Not even an explanation as to why they responded so late. Not happy at all. No easy contact number and that's huge for me. Would not use again..
