Flowers were brown upon opening, very disappointed! I paid extra to have them delivered over night yet the quality was terrible. Won't purchase again.

I ordered the £50 decadance bouquet as a gift and having seen them I can honestly say I would not have paid above £15. Very disappointing

Delivery was excellent but the quality of the flowers were very poor compared to the picture and I wouldn't have purchased them had the picture reflected the true quantity and quality. I took a picture 4 days after delivery to prove they were already wilting, unfortunately I have limited free time and forgot to send the complaint within the first 7 days as proof the picture was taken within this time. Although you pay more for the convenience, the flowers resembled a £5 bunch of flowers from tesco rather than £24 worth. It is a shame as Debenhams is a well respected retailer.

Arrived on time, however, very disappointed with size of the bunch of flowers and they started wilting after a couple of days. I purchased a large bunch and frankly I would have been better off with supermarket flowers which are the same size but half the price and last longer.

I ordered two sets of flowers on the Friday for two day delivery by the Monday of the following week. I had to phone as the flowers had not been delivered on the Monday and was told they would probably be there by tomorrow (Tuesday). The gentleman on the phone said they could not track where the flowers had gone. On the Wednesday they had still not arrived and I telephoned again and this time the lady told me they had not been delivered and that I could cancel my order if I wished or place another order and be charged extra for tracking. needless to say I was not happy and expressed my dissapointment. The lady then offered to upgrade my flower orders to a larger bunch and track the order. She said they would arrive by 12 noon the next day (Thursday), they did, but I will not be using Debenham's flowers again. It will be back to Interflora or M & S.for me

I bought a bouquet for my partners birthday which I had delivered to her hotel whilst she was working away. I had paid an extra £10 to increase size of the flowers making it approx £45 so that it made a big impact. When I saw the flowers I was somewhat disappointed with the size compared with other flowers I have ordered. Furthermore when the flowers were brought back home the next day (having been kept in the box and moisture wrap as supplied), I transferred them into a vase to find that some of the small white flowers had already wilted. These have been discarded leaving just the roses and Lillie's. The Lillie's are yet to open after 5 days but hopefully will open before the rose die. Although I maybe should have removed from the box and placed in water immediately I have not been impressed with them overall.

This gift was a surprise for my daughter and her husband. Fresh flowers should not be left in a wheelie bin for most of the day - especially when a sharp frost was forecast and the delivery man did not think it necessary to leave a special card through the letter box, but merely wrote 'green bin' on an envelope of a letter being posted at the same time. It was only when I rang my daughter to ask if she had received a delivery that we traced the bouquet - about 9.30pm that evening. Not impressed. The flowers themselves are still just about alive a week later but have faded a lot. Shame. I expected better from whoever delivers Debenham orders. It's the Debenham name which is affected!

Well it was my mother-in-law birthday and I ordered some flowers with you guys but when the purchase came through on her birthday I was really disappointed and embarrassed The balloon should say happy birthday and not congratulation and it should come with a stem but it didn't so the balloon was floating on top of the box message cards they spelt my daughter's name wrong And the flower the mud was all over the box so it was really messy

I ordered the flowers for my wife for our 35th wedding anniversary and stated that if we were not at home for them to be left in a safe place, rather than following the instructions they were taken back to the post office, which I had to collect the following day. On opening there was a stem broken and the bouquet was not value for money at all, especially as I had paid for a large bouquet. Worst of all I e-mailed customer service and they have not replied. Based on this I will not be using Debenhams flowers again.

Having paid an additional cost for a larger bouquet I was surprised to find that the bunch of flowers my friend received were nothing short of something you could purchase from Tesco, in store. Such a reputable company as Debenhams I thought I would receive a quality looking bunch that warranted the cost. Receiving this survey email has certainly felt a bit of salt in the wound as I had ordered the bouquet for my friend after a traumatic birth of her son. I do not expect a response to this but can advise I will not be purchasing from Debenhams flowers again!

I was disappointed and embarrassed because the flowers were to cheer up a daughter-in-law who was expecting her first baby but the baby arrived a week early on the day the flowers were delivered. Royal mail left a card explaining that a 'parcel' could be collected from Walthamstow Depot. By the time my son managed to get there the flowers were well past their best. J E Draper

I ordered a chocolate bouquet which resembled the one advertised, delivery was good, the greeting card with the birthday message on was in very tiny print, looked ridiculous. In retrospect my purchase wasn't worth the price i paid, the bouquet needs to be razzled up a bit and contain more chocolate.

At the time of ordering I thought I was getting delivery within a couple of days (26/1/16). The confirmation then said delivery would be 28/1/16. I then got confirmation that delivery had taken place on 30/1/16. As these were condolence flowers I will not be checking the delivery date with the recipient, but I am disappointed with this process

When ordering we selected the option for fowers to be 'left in a safe place' if no answer when being delivered but instead they were returned to royal mail depot and a notice was left for them to be collected. They were not in a bulb of water, just wrapped in paper towels, so were dry and withered when they were collected. Very poor.

I ordered a large bunch of Pink Roses and White Freesia for someone's birthday, when I seen what I had paid for I thought they were appalling. Look nothing like the picture. Very disappointed!

The flowers we delivered by royal mail... so when the recipient wasn't home, they we left at the sorting office to be collected. Not what I had in mind when I was sending flowers! They were also delivered a day after the delivery date selected, which isn't ideal when it was for a birthday present and I had paid extra for the nominated delivery day. Overall, a poor experience for the recipient, and not a service I will be using again.
