Having seen the flowers sent after only 2 days of being received. I was very disappointed with how they looked and the qty for the purchase price.

Flowers looked lovely when they arrived don't get me wrong. Everyone was very impressed, but within a day they were already pretty much dead... Even though they were treated as any others! I could of gone to the local supermarket and brought some that would of lasted much longer.... Such a disappointment and something I will definetly not order again

Flowers were lovely but the customer service was appalling. I'm more than happy to discuss this with anyone if they ring, which is what I told Debenhams. I gave them my phone number but they said there was no connection. Total rubbish - it's been our phone number for over 2 years. 01604 891100

They took far too long to be delivered and when I rang customer service they asked me to let them know whe they arrived! The flowers apparently were lovely but i won't be using you again due to your shoddy attitude when I rang to ask where my the flowers were. All you could do was blame the carrier and you weren't helpful in the slightest!

I placed an order with Debenhams thinking because it is a respectable company the flowers would be great. The gift card that went with the flowers was so little that it wasnt even noticed. The flowers were a little whithered when they arrived and didnt last a week. I paid so much for the flowers and wasnt really happy. The people i sent it to where happy with the gesture..but would have been nice if the flowers were nice. They were however delivered on time

Unfortunately, not a reliable service. I ordered flowers on the 18th Dec (around 2 p.m) to be delivered on the 19th of Dec (afternoon). On the 22nd of Dec I learnt the flowers were not delivered. I wrote and email and then phone Debenhams to clarify the situation. They could not give a straight answer, however they apologised and promised to have the flowers being delivered by the 24th of Dec (afternoon). For a second time, the flowers were not delivered as promised, and once again, the reason was not clear, seem to be the fault of the courier, but I am not sure. The address was double checked, everything seemed fine. Flowers (two bouquets) were eventually delivered and arrived at the same time on the 30th of Dec.

Was really dissatisfied with the flowers as upon arrival the roses had already began to die. There were also less than 9 blooms and upon visiting my family member and seeing this myself I went out and purchased another bouquet to make this particular display look fuller and more alive.

The flowers looked nice on the web site but not so great when I got them out of the box! Although the delivery was on time and they were nicely packaged I got a poor first impression when I opened the box. The flowers then started to wilt after only a couple of days and appearence didn't improve. Debenhams flowers customer service were apologetic and handled my complaint OK, refunding me in a timely manner but unfortunately there wasn't anything special to make me want to use the company again :-(

The flowers were ok but only ok. They were not as fresh as i would have expected from such a high class store and sadly, i was pulling out dead flowers after just 2 days. They last longer when i buy them from my normal supermarket, i just wanted something special for my partner, as she is having a tough time at the moment and needed cheering up. The text on the card was very small in comparison to the size of the card, making the whole thing look silly and cheap. On the whole, my partner was thrilled at having flowers delivered to her at her work place but is in agreement with myself that they were of poor quality and exceptionally over priced.

This is the first time I have used Debenhams for flowers. The flowers I ordered were for my 92 year old Mum although the quantity was good the quality was poor. Very disappointed.

The wine ordered along with the flowers was not delivered, the response from Debenhams was 'we will refund the cost of the wine'!! This is not what we wanted, had to ask for the missing wine to be delivered. After the inconvenience we have been caused, you then failed to deliver the wine on the day you stated, it finally arrived after Christmas..........poor!!! No compensation and not very apologetic!!!

Ordered the flowers with a vase as a Suprise to celebrate moving into a new home with my special someone. The vase, although paid for, was omitted from the delivery and therefore caused confusion that took the shine off the whole Suprise as I had to hastily hand the flowers over and chase the postman to see if he had it with him. The cost of the vase was refunded but can't help but feel cheated out of what should have been a pleasant moment especially when you're paying premium to deal with what I would have regarded to be a professional company.

I appreciate the flowers are delivered so the cost of that needs considering, but the cost of the flowers for the quality of the bouquet was very disappointing. Previous bouquets I have ordered through Debenhams were better.

Was told that flowers were fine but I specifically asked for them to be delivered on 21st December and not before. I knew friends would be away until then. Received email to say that they would be delivered on Saturday 19th. Immediately said this was no good and was told that delivery date had been changed to Monday 21st. Despite this they were delivered on Saturday or Sunday and a note left to say that they were round the back of the house. Not good.

This deal i received was supposed to £50 almost and i got it for £25 odd on an o2 deal. I usually use somewhere else but thought these flowers looked lovely. I wasnt impressed when they arrived at all. I buy my mom flowers for her birthday every year and i wish i had just used the place i usually do. I get a vase inc in a price not much more than what i paid at all and a much nicer arrangement. This wouldnt be worth £50 at all. Sorry. Hate to leave negative responses :(

I ordered the flowers from Debenhams as I believed they were a trusted supplier. They were due to be delivered on New Years Eve as a surprise for my elderly Mother. At 4.50pm on New Years Eve I received an e-mail from Debenhams saying that the flowers had not been delivered by the Royal Mail. There was no explanation or date when they would be delivered. I tried to ring the Debenhams customer service dept. which closed at 5pm and just got an answer machine message. I contacted my Mother on New Years Day to wish her a happy New Year but without the flowers. 2 days after the supposed delivery date the flowers arrived and were described by my mother as very nice, but they had already been sitting around at the Royal Mail for 2 days!!!!! I have not had a single word of apology from Debenhams, which I find amazing!! My advice is although the flowers are of a good standard the delivery and customer service from Debenhams is next to useless. Do not use them !!!!

I really love flowers and looked forward to my delivery. The bouquet was not as plush as I hoped, but it didn't matter because they did not last long anyway. They were wilted despite best efforts to care for them by the 3rd and definitely by the 4th day. I emailed customer service to express my disappointment and got no reply. I will not be using this service again.

My Mothers Christmas Flowers lasted only 2 days , Normally they last 2 weeks or more , she was very sad about it . I order always from You while I'm living overseas .
