Only writing review as keep getting messages from debenhams. Very disappointed in flowers some of roses slightly brown at edges & not a lot for (RRP). However on a positive note delivered on christmas eve as requested & i had taken advantage of half price offer as definitely not worth the £50+

I ordered some flowers using an O2 offer code. It was clear that the product was not worth £50 full price but was £25 normally. The fresh flowers were dead when they arrived. I had hoped they would have lasted a couple of days over Christmas . I bought these as a treat given the offer available. It was the first time I used debs flowers and after this effort I will not being buying from them again

Although I received postI've feedback from the recipient that it was a nice bunch of flowers, I had paid extra for them to be delivered on a specific day and at 4.30pm on the day they were supposed to be delivered I got a call to say this would not be possibleand they would be delivered the following day which was very disappointing.

Some of the Roses wilted after 2 days , most disappointing considering their 50 pounds price tag

Ordered flowers for my wife for Christmas Eve, delivered on date and time I asked for and looked very nice,They were put in water and the little sachet of cut flower food added straight after delivery, however, the day after boxing day they had deteriated so much that my wife threw them away. Not had this before, ordered flowers from debenhams several times but probably won't again.

My Aunt was the recipient of the flowers . She states they were not fresh , they had a "stale " odour ,and were delivered in a black box . She was very disappointed.It was sad to hear, especially when Christmas is a Happy Season. Will not purchase from you again.

I was disappointed about the number of flowers for the price so I felt it wasn't great value for money. I purchased the bouquet with 50% off and I think this would've been a more appropriate retail price. The flowers weren't very fresh with a few of the roses dead the next day

Order number 100175973 for 50 roses. Roses lasted 6 days from date of arrival and were watered correctly. Heads dropped overafter 5 days and shirielled on 5 and 6th day. Expected flowers to last at least 7 days. The Christmas wreath Order 100175981I got from Debenhams is lovely and has drawn favorable comments from friends and neighbours - so why such poor roses?. Both these orders 100182098 100182094 deliverd for Christmas were nice and flowers are lasting but not roses.

The flowers where on a deal with 02 so I paid half price the flowers haven't even lasted 5 days the roses went first I could not recommended buying them again you would be better getting them from a lidl

Not quite what I expected. Looked OK but hardly any flowers at all. Not worth the money at all really, could have got much more for the money if you had gone to a local florist or especially a supermarket The most impressive thing about the bouquet was the gel stuff wrapped around the flowers to keep them wet. Did not last very long either. Ordered as a Christmas bouquet but the few flowers that were in the bouquet were dead before Christmas day. Would not bother again.

I brought this bouquet as there was an offer on O2 for 50% off. That would normally mean 50% off the price, but in this case it would seem they also removed 50% of the flowers! Very disappointing size considering the price, I wouldnt recommend.

I tried to contact your site to express my disappointment at the arrangement. My friend sent a snapshot via email and i was quite upset at the way it looked - quite different from the 'example'. I thought your company would have done much better. Susan L. Jervis

Arranged a hamper delivery for the 18th of December and it didn't arrive til the 22nd. I had only arranged it 2 months prior. Very disappointed, to say the least.

The hamper was purchased as a gift and was sent by courier to arrive the next day ( 24 hour guaranteed delivery ). The package arrived four days later with of course no one in to receive it. It was not the best Christmas present expecting a pensioner to make two trips to the local post office to track the parcel down. Contents was well received but the delivery experience was not. Never again, I will return to my original supplier who manage to deliver last years item when they said they would. My only advice is change the delivery company they can't be relied upon.

My friend was upset that a number of flowers had died by Christmas....they were delivered on 22 December - I expected them to be in an early stage of bloom on delivery then in full bloom on Christmas day. But they arrived in full bloom and were past their best my Christmas day. I should have looked into the delivery a little more....

Flowers where damaged and broken - and the one we had left - lasted less than a week! Was very disappointed with this gift I brought my partner - -:(

Whilst the flowers arrived on time and were pretty they barely lasted 4 days which is not what I've come to expect of flower deliveriesfrom other companies.

The flowers looked amazing. When they finally arrived. The customer service was appalling. I will not be ordering from Debenham's again for flowers. I am a big fan of Debenham's and often shop there. I order a bouquet as a gift to arrive on Christmas Eve. I received an email at 4.50pm, explaining the bouquet may not arrive. There was no certainty whether they would come at all. I had to complain twice in order to get a reply. The reply was inadequate. I am waiting on a refund, as the flowers I were told were no longer available, turned up after I asked for a refund. It's unacceptable.

Unfortunately the festive table centrepiece apparently arrived looking "tired" which was disappointing. It did perk up a bit with water but the recipient chose to keep it on a table outside in order to be able to keep it over Christmas.
