The flowers were lovely but they forgot to put card in with message on.

Flowers were of poor quality and packed in a cardboard box, therefore were squashed when opened. I was very disappointed as they were a present for my mum

Flowers arrived without my personalised message, my mother not knowing who they were from, the standard size flowers were rather disappointing for the price paid

Was underwhelmed with the roses. Seems that Grand Prix is a name used to describe a wide variety in quality. Had smallish flowers and were very short. Disappointed.

Pros: Flowers delivered on time. Cons: Poor quality flowers which began to wilt the day after received which was extremely disappointing.

Ordered large bunch of flowers for a birthday treat for my mum but very disappointed with the actual bouquet when it arrived. Have received much better quality and size from rivals such as Interflora and M&S. Will not be using again!

The flowers were sent to my friend who had lost her husband , she received them on the Monday 23rd of Nov, after the funeral I went back to her house on the 25th too days later I was so so disappointed in them the white roses heads were dropping nearly dead ,I never said anything because it wasn't the time,I will never again order flowers from you .

The flowers were delivered on the wrong day. Over a week later than requested. They were a gift and the recipient was pleased with the flowers

I have used Debenhams flowers before without issue, however this time the flowers were going tracked - next day delivery to a very special lady (late 80's) and they arrived a day late missing the occasion. Not too sure if the fault was with Debenhams or Royal Mail - but as a customer I was very disappointed.

Excellent customer service and delivery spot on. However the first bunch of flowers were old. Customer service sent me another bunch for free and they were also poor quality. Disappointed.

Ordered the flowers to be delivered on my sisters birthday - paid the extra money to ensure this did happen. However they arrived a day late - I did ring up the following day and the lady on the phone was lovely and has given my a complimentary bouquet of flowers to order at some other time.

Flowers and wrapping were of a poor quality and did not reflect the price paid. In comparison to other florists and retailers online I do not believe I received value for money.

Flowers not delivered on the day they said they would be (my sister's 30th birthday). Good news is when i called to inquire, they gave me a full refund... after being on hold for 7.30 mins.

The flowers and gifts arrived on time, but the message was missing. These were a birthday gift for my mother. I am in the Armed Forces and am currently serving overseas, so was disappointed that my mum had to guess who they from. Fortunately I was able to phone her and which was when I was made aware.

Was very annoyed that when the delievery guy did not catch the person I was sending flowers to on a Friday, I was told I had to pay an extra £5 to have them delieverd on a Saturday. Otherwise the sand bunch would be delivered in Monday.

I was disappointed when the delivery is one day late than I originally booked. I don't understand why it happened. The flower was supposed to celebrate my sister's birthday but it arrived one day late.

A large bouquet really isn't that large. Not comparable with other such companies offering similar services.
