Simply not worth £35 they should have been large they turned up looking small. Am in talks with them at the mo about the quality

I bought these as a xmas gift ( delivered 18.12.15)for my Aunt. She said the Flowers looked good in the box. After 2 days the rose buds didn't open and the petals fell off, all the greenery went brown. She thought they seemed dry when she unpacked them. She has complained to the company and has been promised a new bunch in the new Year with a refund to me. We will have to wait and see. Never had problems before with flowers from Debenhams, but this has put me off ordering from them again.

Ordered two winter christmas bouguets one for the girlfriend and one for her mum arrived 23rd Dec both past their best by boxing day not the room temperature as both in separate hours so disappointed as not cheap!

Flowers delivered one month earlier than ordered, beautiful bouquet. Fair enough they sent another on the requested day however this bouquet was not as good and hasn't lasted as long

Roses were dying two and a half days after receiving the gift. Cala lilies lasted only one more day before becoming a snotty dye dropping mess. Disappointed

Was really dissatisfied with the flowers as upon arrival the roses had already began to die. There were also less than 9 blooms and upon visiting my family member and seeing this myself I went out and purchased another bouquet to make this particular display look fuller and more alive.

Despite ordering the flowers 2 weeks early and paying for them to be delivered on a certain day, the flowers arrived a day late, missing my mothers birthday. Was not very impressed. However, once the flowers did arrive they were fairly pretty and lasted nearly 10 days. Would have been fine if they'd actually arrived on time.

Ordered 36 hampers on behalf of my company to our clients. (Totalling over £1,500) Only 18 hampers were delivered, had to chase the remaining and was informed there was an error, after raising this. Of those that have been delivered, I have been informed by my clients some were missing a note and they questioned if we were the sender. Ordered way in advance and though your support team have been helpful, I am extremely disappointed with the overall level of service.

Whilst the quality of the flowers and the delivery were good, the other half of the order was never delivered - which spoilt the whole thing. Both the person the gifts were for and I were greatly disappointed. The surprise was spoilt not least because I had to tell them what the gift was so they could keep checking for it after the birthday had passed.

I ordered next day delivery and at 5pm when the offices shut I received an email to say they wouldn't be delivered that day when they did turn up they looked nothing like the picture I would have done better to have gone to tescos and brought three good quality bunches for the same price !!!!!!!

Ordered these flowers for a friend following the loss of her father, although she reported the flowers to be beautiful, the card with my message wasn't attached so therefore she had to text people to find out who had sent them. For me the sender I felt disappointed and it spoilt my intented idea. Following an email my card and message were received at a later date.

The Flowers looked lovely - however I upgraded to a large for an extra £5 which I'm glad I did as would hate to see the size of a small. The main thing that I was disappointed with is that they lasted just under a week (delivered on the 24th Nov and were in the bin on the 30th Nov with most of the flowers wilted). To be honest even with my 15% discount I felt these were over priced).

rose petals were browned around edges and looked somehwat unhealthy , rathwr dissapointed seen as though this was a birthday gift

Flowers excellent, lasted well but despite having the correct name address and postcode they were left on the doorstep of another meighbour in the avenue who was on holiday. Fortunately a neighbour spotted them and took them to my mother. Therefore disappointed with the delivery part of the order.

Received an email night before delivery date to say the flowers were in transit . Day of delivery received an email 2 minutes pas 5pm to say there was a problem and delivery date not achieved . 5pm the customer sales closes so couldnt speak to anyone ! offered an upgrade on flowers ie larger but the flowers ordered were a larger bunch ! Then offered a refund ... bit of a nightmare

I ordered the flowers for delivery on the 28th November .... The flowers did not arrive for my 84 year old mother's birthday. Still no delivery Sunday then eventually arrived late Monday half dead and In need of water. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND WILL NOT ORDER OR RECCOMEND YOU TO ANYONE. hope a refund will come soon. A apology would be good but nobody reads this email!!

For the money I paid for this hamper I am very disappointed. the actual backet it very nice but the contents are very few and poor. unfotuneatley I had 2 orders from you and both are a great disappointment. I certainly wouldn't use you again for hampers and won't be recommending you to anyone

Beautiful flowers arrived on schedule as requested but the message I wrote was mysteriously missing so that recipient did not know who had sent them.
