Very good delivery however the flowers did not last very long, flowers bought from a lay by were much better

It is with regret that i must say how very disappointed i am with my order for a white cyclamen, it is now quite dead and in a very sorry state, after so short a time and for the price of £18.99 i feel it has not been of very good value.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a Christmas present for our employers wife. We paid for premium delivery to arrive on a specific day whilst she was at the office. Unfortunately the flowers didn't arrive until the following day when the office had closed for Christmas. On a brighter note the bouquet was beautiful! ????

These were a gift for my mother, who loves freesias. They arrived on time, looked great, but had NO scent. She was very disappointed. I've used Debenhams flower service a number of times previously and always had great feedback until now.

Looked great when they turned up..they had wilted and drooped after 5 days.. Worth £35... Not really...very disappointed

The flowers were a bit droopy by the time they arrived, I had to remove and throw away the roses away before they reached the vase which is a shame as they were our Christmas display. I was also disappointed by the size of the bouquet/amount of flowers for the price I paid, which was half price though an O2 priority deal.

The web site crashed three times during my attempt to place two orders resulting in one order being processed twice. I had to telephone to try to resolve the matter and was told I would receive a phone call back. Instead I received an email saying I could not cancel one of the duplicate orders due to timings. I telephoned again and eventually was advised I would be refunded for one of the duplicate orders. I will never again use this service. Your website shortcomings can possibly be excused due to the festive period but the customer service, the time I spent in trying to resolve a fault that was not mine and the mobile telephone call charges can neither be excused or refunded.

Flowers were delivered one day late, resulted in my Aunt not receiving her flowers on her Birthday. There was no card on the flowers stating who they were from. Aunt said flowers were lovely. Very disappointing.

Thought the flowers where poor value for money the roses never even opened up and the flowers where only good about 4 days wouldn't buy again from debenhams

My sister said the flowers were nice on the day they arrived however when I saw them 4 days later I noticed there were very few flower stems and the tulips were falling apart. I was disappointed as I thought they would have lasted longer. I think I will go elsewhere when ordering flowers in the future.

Ordered two bunches for delivery for same day, both bunches had wilted browning roses by 2nd day!! Very disappointed considering the amount spent, will go back to using m&s as not comfortable with wasting money.

Order was delivered a day earlier than I had booked meaning the recipient wasn't there. Notification of impending delivery was actually sent to me the day after the flowers had been delivered.

Service and delivery was great. Product was awful! Flowers looked nothing like the photo on the site and died within three days! They were not worth the money. As they were a Christmas gift I was very upset. Won't be ordering again.
