when I arrived at the hospital I didnot no what flowers I had sent as the card was separate from the flowers. I picked the blessed bunch, but I still did not recognise them. so I cannot review the flowers.

My friend recently had a baby and had a really tough time, after being in hospital for over a week, i arranged for flowers to arrive to her house for when she got home. I paid for next day delivery, however they didn't arrive, until the following day by which time the flowers had started to turn brown, I just wasn't very happy with the service.

I ordered a large bunch of flowers for my mums birthday to be delivered. They were called Autumn Morning. The bunch does not seem as though it is large and several roses and lillies have still not blossomed... I want to make you aware that I was not happy with the size and standard of the flowers after the amount of money spent on them I expected better quality.

I ordered the 'bon bon' flowers for my friend and paid for the large size. When I saw them I was really disappointed. It was a tiny bunch and did not look worth the £26.99 I'm afraid I would not order them again.

Although the service was good, the flowers were very disappointing, only 6 flowers for £20 isn't great value for money and when they turn up and two are damaged/dead, makes it even worse. I would not use this service again or recommend to a friend

The website was easy to use and easy to order the flowers which were a birthday surprise for my sister but regrettably the flowers were delivered on a Sunday and the roses were dead by the Tuesday so overall not money well spent.

Ordered the 'ocean breeze' boquet and paid for the extra large size. Flowers arrived in time slot promised. That is where things started to go down hill. Bouquet arrived in a thin long box, so flowers were squashed together. Luckily i live with the person they were for, so was able to make them presentable before giving them to her. At day 3 - some of the blue agapanthus had wilted and petals were shredding, yet some flowers where still in bud form. Day 4 - outer petals of roses going brown, stems of wilting agapanthus started to go brown, yet lilies still not open. Day 5 - roses heads started to droop. Lillies started to open, but have had to remove blue agapanthus from boquet as they have wilted so much. Due to having to remove the blue agapanthus, it has changed the whole look of the bouqet. The bouquet has never and will never look anything like the image depicted on the website, which is why i chose this particular bouquet. It only has two colours in it, a creamy white and blue. Without the blue the bouqet looses its stunnung affect. They were for my daughter for her graduation, a one off occasion! Very disappionted and will not be using debenhams again. I have had to send 2 emails of complaint before i got a reply. i now have to take photos of the flowers and send them to the support team via email, so they can process the complaint. I do not have an up to date phone and have no idea how to transfer the images to my computer once i have taken them, as i am usless with technology. I dont even think i have a lead to link my phone to my computer! I will now have to get someone to help me to do this, by which time the 7 day guarentee will be up! I have had flowers reduced in price from my local tesco express that have lasted longer! Next time i will use interflora! They might be more expensive, but u get what u pay for!

Disappointing service - Royal mail delivered in a box without water. The flowers were as described by mother-in-law who received these as "battered" and really in need of water. The message card had offers all over to sell more flowers and not a nice gesture at all, i'd expected more from Debenhams, next time interflora!

I ordered these flowers as a surprise for my sister in law, I was very disappointed to learn that they had only lasted three days despite being kept in a cool room. I ordered through Debenhams as I thought the name signified quality. I would have paid an awful lot less to have bought flowers from a supermarket and they would have been guaranteed to last ten days. Very Disappointed.

The flowers were left outside in the car park of the work place luckily another member of staff saw them, the heads of some of the flowers had dropped off, dissapointing as were ordered for a friend for a birthday surprise.

The bouquet was a lot smaller than it looked on the picture. Flowers were delivered without a card/message which caused a lot of confusion and completely ruined the whole purpose. They were supposed to be a happy surprise for someone who recently got diagnosed with cancer. Friday was the breast cancer awareness day. So overall a massive disappointment and I probably won't be using this service again.

I sent flowers to my mum to cheer her up after being taken into hospital. The day they arrived they looked pretty in the vase, she sent me a picture of them by text with a thanks. However, when I visited her the next day, the roses were all dead. I expected them to last a few days at least. Very disappointed, won't be using the service again.

Negates the whole point of arranging a 'bouquet' for a loved one when it doesn't arrive as a bouquet as you would normally expect! But arrives in a box like a pair of shoes. 22 stems crammed into this box meant inevitably that some of the flowers would be squashed. Not pleased at all for same money I can get a better service from the usual florists I use.

I was rather disappointed with my Debenhams flowers.I ordered them late on a Thursday and was informed they would be delivered on Monday, which was acceptable,however I was sent an email on Saturday informing me they had been despatched .Royal mail delivered them on Monday, unfortunately no one was at home so they were taken back to the depot for redelivery or collection.The recipient eventually received them on Tuesday, looking a little travel weary. I almost used Marks and Spencer,but did not, as from Thursday ordering their delivery was Tuesday (presumably they would have despatched them on Monday, therefore arriving much fresher)....you learn by your mistakes!
