On arrival about a third of the flowers had already started to wilt with some having lost most of the petals and therefore thrown out straight away. I was disappointed as I would expect the bouquet to arrive in good condition and stay that way for a least a few days after arrival.

Flowers didn't look anything like what they did in the picture and for the price there were hardly any there will definitely not be ordering from debenhams again!

It is difficult for me to write a review on the flowers I purchased as they were sent to my Mum at her Nursing Home on Mothers Day and I did not see them. However, I received flowers from my daughter on Mothers Day from Debenhams Flowers and was not happy as one of the cream rose heads had broken off completely in the box and the pink carnations all looked a bit dry and they shrivelled a few days later. By the time the lillies started to open I had to remove them from the rest of the bunch as they had all gone over far too quickly. That said, I have not had the heart to tell my daughter, she would be really upset!

Delivery was fine but the flowers were of poor quality. Wilted very soon after delivery. Would not order from again.

I was very disappointed in the flowers when they arrived very small bunch in comparison to the picture. I was disappointed to give this as a Mother's Day gift.

Quality of flowers has been poor. Website not issuing confirmation of orders and orders being delivered before requested date. All the issues addressed by customer service however you don't expect poor quality and with flowers the receiver doesn't necessarily want to say 'thank you, there poor quality'. So I'm not sure.I'm a fan

Flowers as delivered were in poor condition and were already wilting. They only lasted a couple of days. Very disappointing. Flowers for my mother in laws order were similar. Despite complaining to Debenhams a number of times never received a reply. Will not use this service again. Very poor service.

I ordered the flowers for mothers day, paid for delivery on saturday they never arrived, I emailed customer services who still haven't replied!!!! DISGUSTING! When they arrived 2-3 days late half of the flowers were dead the ones still in bud were fine. Needless to say I am not impressed and will be making sure people I know won't be using the service! Cannot believe I still haven't had a reply poir customer service

Flowers delivered on time for mothers day but for £20 I was expecting more quantity which would have been the case with buying in person from asda/tesco.

I made a complaint about this as the flowers wilted the very next day even though they had been placed into water immediately on receipt. Unfortunately although my mother in law took a photo on her phone, I am afraid at 89 she did not know how to send it to me so I was not able to provide the evidence. I think for the future your flowers should be packaged with some form of moisture at the bottom of the stems.

Flowers did not arrive for mothers day they arrived on the Monday even though I asked for delivery in the Saturday. I emailed Debenhams to complain about this issue and since then they have ignored me. I will not be shopping with them again.

Flowers were lovely. However, I ordered flowers with chocolates but chocolates did not arrive. I contacted Debenhams customer service and got no response or refund. Very annoyed and won't order again.

Ordered the vase with the flowers and it never turned up. Tried to contact customer support twice and no reply. Will use someone else next time.

Delived on mothers day. Flowers were fine. Unfortunately the vase that was ordered with them was broken on delivery! I have sent 3 emails requesting a refund but as yet have received no reply?!!!

The flowers arrived on Sunday for Mother's Day and the majority were dead by Tueasday. Very disappointing for myself and my mum, afraid I would not use again.

The original bouquet I wanted was out if stock despite it being a special one for mothers day and I was ordering 10 days in advance. The one I then chose arrived in a poor state. The roses were very dry and did not last more than a couple of days. Very disappointed and would not recommend or use again.
