“Pleased to have given debenhams flowers another chance. Last time I ordered flowers from debenhams they were very disappointing. However, this time they were in much better condition, well received and much appreciated. I am told they lasted well.”

“From filling in the order to the delivery-every thing was easy and perfect. The flowers were amazing-google them to see what I mean-"RAINBOW ROSES" They were fresh and lasted over 2 weeks. The delivery was to a small town in Cambridgeshire-right in the middle of nowhere-this didn't seem to be a problem. I thought being Debenhams the price would be high-but in face they were less expensive than most of the florists I had searched. No doubt I'll be using them again,every time. 10 out of 10.Thanks”

“They kept me updated as to how the delivery went with texts/emails. They are a reliable company which is what you need when delivering a birthday gift. The flowers were also beautiful and lasted the agreed time scale. My Mam was very happy with them!”

“Original order of 2 separate bunches the flowers for Mothers day and a nearby Birthday. Both were half dead on delivery, and not reflective of the picture. Additionally delivery company clearly did not take any note of delivery instructions and did not care about how they delivered. When I complained I had to chase, but was eventually fully refunded and offered complimentary credit. I subsequently used this credit, and paid extra, for a large bunch of white roses and purple freschias. Photo looked stunning but freschias were white and bunch was no larger than a standard supermarket bunch!! Flowers were delivered upside down by delivery company and box was falling apart. Very disappointed by quality of flowers, and their courier, for a high quality brand such as Debenhams”
