“We couldn't believe how well packed the flowers came, when we opened the box what a beautiful selection of flowers and a perfect bottle of wine, fantastic service from the minute I placed the order you kept me up to date by email so I knew everything would be just perfect.”

“A beautiful festive arrangement. It's still going strong nearly two weeks later, although I've had to remove the roses. (They lasted 9 days) The savoury scent of the greenery is still as delicious as the day it arrived. A recommended purchase.”

“have used your service many times, this time however wasn't so good as one of the Christmas deliveries had "drooping" roses. However after writing to customer service a lovely person called Milhail replied almost immediately and a replacement bouquet is being delivered next week. This is brilliant customer service and I wont hesitate to use debenhams flowers in the future, Thank you very much”

“The service from start to finish was very good. I was able to track where the flowers were at every stage. I had bought the flowers as a birthday gift and my niece said that the flowers were beautiful. She was not at home when they were delivered and there was a card through her door to advise her that a neighbour had her parcel.”
