“I have used Debenham flowers before and always been pleased with their service. Ordered these for my sister in law who was delighted with the quality. It is useful that they keep you updated on delivery so that you can make sure someone is in to receive them.”

“Excellent customers service. our first order got delayed by Royal ~Mail and by the time they were picked up half had died. This was over the Christmas period and we had requested delivery for Christmas eve. I called to explain, and without any prompting a fresh bunch, with a vase and chocolates was dispatched. We were very impressed and will continue to use Debenhams for flowers. I cant recommend the enough.”

“Excellent service, my friends said the flowers were beautiful and have lasted over two weeks. Order was as described on the online website. Will definitely use the device again. Ideal to have a tracking system, especially when sending long distance. Very happy.”
