“Ordered flowers on the web site for a friends birthday , we were on the other side of the world at the time . Great display arrived exactly when and where we wanted it - good value too . Would definitely use Debenhams flowers again over the usual suspects”

“Really happy with the level of service Debenhams flowers offers, I was able to have my flowers Delivered on a Sunday which a couple of other well known florists didnt offer. By my Wifes reaction the flowers were well packaged and in good order. Will use again in the future”

“I use this service each time I need to send flowers. They delivery when stated and the flowers are always as described. I would definitely recommend.”

“Excellent service. I particularly like the drop down menu about any special instructions. I used the service three time recently, two times for new born babies and once for get well wishes. I selected, 'be patient', from the drop down menu to allow time for the new mums to get to the door and to allow my sick sister to get to the door. All three times flowers delivered on time and I had regular updates about delivery status.”

“The Flowers arived when they said in there email. However I did have trouble with the first Two Bunches But saying that when I phoned to complain it was delt with, with great customer service. So over all very good service.”
