“Have bought Debenham's flowers several times before and everything went smoothly. This time, however, there was a mixup with delivery dates. Debenham's sent the recipient a free bunch of flowers as an apology without being asked as soon as they were informed of the mix up which I thought was very fair in the circumstances.”

“I bought some flowers for my Nan for Mother's Day. My Nan thought the Flowers were lovely and were in perfect condition when they arrived. Credit to the courier who returned back for a second time, after my Nan didn't hear the first attempt to deliver. Very pleased customer.”

“In my experience, these bouquets have been of a consistenly high quality and very good value for money. They have been accurately represented on the website in both the detailed descriptions and the images, and the recipients have always been very happy with the packaging and timely delivery. “Do you really have to make my mother cry with the quality and appearance of your flowers the delivery was wonderful I was able to track them all the way minute by minute from here in Spain and then call her on the phone when she received them. Keep up the good work and thank you.”
